Shipping Dilemma

My shippment is more than 1 week late. Usually it takes 3 weeks to arrive (I live in Italy, and here the postal service isn't very good). Times ago it toke 2 weeks to arrive. Now I'm wondering if the postal service is further worstened or if is just the pre-Cristmas paccakage handling that is increased, so it slowed the usual shippment of miniature.

European mini-consumers notice the same problems?

Yes i have the same problem, i wait an order since 3 weeks instead of 2... i will be patient 1 more week....
