Has anyone seen the New Vanguard books by Ospery. I just got (Amazon for $12.94 is less than the $15.95 suggested retail) a couple. "Stryker Combat Vehicles", and "Centurion Universal Tank 1943-2003". Have not read the Centurion one yet but overall like the Stryker book. It tells about why the developement took place for it and what the critics said about the whole thing.
Overall I like it doesn't give a one sided "Oh this this is the best vehicle" but helps you come to your own conclusion.
Of course the information might be a little dated since it says the Stryker MG is coming out in 2006 and Killersix; who is in a Stryker birgade" said they still are being adjusted / issues with them.
Plus it has a few colored drawing (Ospery books famous for them) of the different variants. Basic OD.
Overall I like!
