Post by Atticus »

I'm having trouble finding camo patterns i like for my modern russian(although i have a general idea) tanks and infantry. would anyone be so kind as to post some pics? i know JB posted some russians on an infantry thread i started awhile back. (if JB is reading) a zoomed in picture would be very nice :D

thanks

thanks for the reply, but that really doesnt have what i'm looking for. Russian camouflage patterns. I'm not too concerned about armor right now. I've found one i like and i think i'll stick with that one. I'm more concerned about modern camo for my russian infantry. Or at least simple colors to pick since entire camo patterns on infantry arent that easy to do.(unless you're ritter)i just do the base color and some squiggly lines going across the arms and legs. seems to work.

There is a website called Kamoflauge.com or something like that. (Don't have the exact link handy) that has a ton of modern Russian patterns.
Here are two guides I pulled from the site:

Ultramodern Infantry- Flectar
Helmet as uniform
Uniform base, medium green-slight drab – medium splotch, drab l/m brown – small splotch, very dark green

Ultramodern Infantry – Flora
Base-reed green – tight fleck deep green and dark brown
Webbing dark grey
