What German infantry pack has Panzerschreks?

Post by jefferysl »

I've bean purchasing and painting infantry, and am somewhat surprised that I cannot find any panzerfaust or panzerschreck teams in the packs I've ordered from GHQ. Don't get me wrong, I love the quality of GHQs new infantry, but the selection of what you get on the sprues seems to be more oriented to forcing you to buy for or five packs just to fill a TOE (I've bought 4 packs of German and no anti tank assets?). What's with using BAR's instead of .30 cal M1919 for the light machineguns in the US packs? I have a gagillion BAR's in the standard infantry pack. There are also not enough prone poses, in my opinion. The leaders stand pointing, while all the other poses are dynamic....they look strange when putting them on a command base with other troops throwing grendes, etc. Anyway, not intended as a gripe....just a suggestion for improving the product. I love the detail and the sturdiness of the infantry and the dynamic poses are very good as well.

I for one would love to see an American Infantry pack #2. Unfortunately the current pack doesn't even have a rifleman advancing. Prone .30 cals are pretty essential. I've had to modify some of the BARS to .30's.

I think some US paratroopers would be outstanding as well. All things on my wishlist.

Individual American Bazooka-men would be nice too. As far as I can tell the Americans only have bazookas in those odd little conga-lines.
