I use the Model Master paints on my ships. Here is what I use on the German and British ships. I am guessing the Russian ships are a very dark gray, but I would need to research this to give you a decent answer.

German navy WWI:
Hull - Medium Gray
Superstructure, turrets - Light Ghost Gray
Turret tops - European 1 Gray
Wood decks - Wood
Corticene upper decks - Military Brown

Britsh navy WWI (1914):
Hull and superstructure - European 1 Gray
Wood decks and upper decks as German ships above

British navy WWI (1915 - 1917):
Hull and superstructure - Neutral Gray
Wood decks and upper decks as German ships above
Turret tops on selected ships - (Floquil) Brunswick Green

I hope this helps.
