Need base sizes for GHQ's Micronauts Rules

Almost all in the title - Since, I believe, Micronauts is the only rule set that specifies base sizes I need to base some WWII vessels.....

I have a print off of the template(s), from the download sections, which I thought would give me sizes, but I am getting strange measurements (15/16th widths anyone?).
