I haven't, but I've been considering it. Not a lot of the more modern North Korean kit available, though (or South Korean, for that matter). Have to be a lot of scratch building involved.

It has been years since I've conduct a Korean senario.
Used Ty 59 & 69 tanks and Chinese APC for the North.
The S. Korean MBT K1, use an M1 from some other brand, since a bit smaller than GHQ M1. Have also used cinc M1 if I needed more K1. Used YPR for the Korean APC. For some of the YPR (either tow or 25) replace with MG from GHQ M113A3, MG from cinc M113. Or turret from cinc Lynx Recon. That was after using YPR Tow and sniping off the upright and placing a .50 call on that turret. Using the figurines are better visually and more robust.
