Dried out paint well almost

I have some ghq paint that is almost dry. Is there anything that I can use to undry(is that really a word?)it?

The term you are looking for is 'rehydrate'. GHQ paints are acrylics, right? I'd take a small bit out of the container and try mixing it with de-mineralised water first. That should work with any acrylic paint, but some paints are 'hot (use alcohol as a base like Tamiya or Gunze) and some aren't (like Lifecolor, which turns to jelly if you add alcohol type thinners).

Just experiment, see what works, what can be salvaged. If using water, a tiny touch of dishwashing liquid will help the paint flow.

Get some Liquitex which is an acrylic polymer emulsion used to thin acrylic paint.
In the US, Liquitex is available at craft stores and online.

It usually works well but I had one time when it changed the color of the paint from lavender to light yellow.
