Hey Mark,
Some of us gamers actually build the division TO&E for combat vehicles. For example, I have purchased my MLRS and M109 artillery for the US and Germans. I even bought the Pzh 2000 for two of my German brigades. Support vehicles I do not by the required TO&E at this point but I do get a fair number of the vehicles. I know several people on this board who I game with who do the samething.
