GHQ October release.

Post by Hoth_902 »

Well, GHQ's October release is out and I have two words.....well done!!! I can't wait to see the Titan. Since I have no experience with GHQ bridge layers, I hope it can be deployed and stowed. The type 90 is beautiful. Thank you GHQ.

Finally, some proper 1/2400 scale Chinooks! Now we need some proper Sea Stallions.

Looking forward to seeing a picture of the Titan.

Saw one at Bovvy recently and they're big beasts.

They move pretty fast though.

I like my converted type 90s but may have to look at buying these and replacing my poorer imitations.

N. Korean Koksan 170mm SPH is a beast. I'd like to see the "Chuch'e-Po" M1991 (D-74 122mm) SP-ART for this army too.

the Type 90 looks great.

I also like the T-16 (Universal Carrier- US made).

Yeah the Koksan is a beast. Will definitely be on my christmas list!

I also see brilliant potential for a M1978 version...

Need:
1x T-54A chassis
1x KOKSAN cannon mount and cannon
2xShovel spades from the back of the Koksan hull.

Attach shovel spades to the back of the T-54A and attach the cannon housing of the Koksan to the turret ring of the T-54A... VOILA!

October Releases - last 2 pictures are up

for the Dodge Tanake, which looks to me, like an ancestor to the "Technicals" of today
and the Titan. Looks like the bridge decks might be separate pieces, although they are
'stacked' on the tank carrier.

The Titan looks a beast but I'm wondering if the road wheels are set too low?

There seems to be a big gap between the top of the road wheels and the bottom of the side skirt?

I would agree, the gap between the road wheels and the side skirt is a tad too big. However, she is magnificent. With that said, I have a question because i've never bought a bridge layer before. Are the bridge components made in such a Manor that they are removable from the tank and can be used stowed or deployed? Or, do you have to buy one for the bridge stowed and one deployed?

Dodge Tanake came out nicely done. On the fence about buying it since it relates to more obscure combat actions in WW2. That will be a purchase for after I flesh out my main DAK and Italian forces (December sale ...).

That being said I'm really happy GHQ chooses to produce unique and unusual items. If only we could get some stowage hahaha

Wow - only one model in the Titan pack. I know it's big but $12 for one model?
