I still want that Ontos for Vietnam era, but here's going for broke - how about a great, consistant scale WW1 line? If they have the quality infantry that they do for other eras, and the armor, it should do very well.

I've said it before, but I think it's worth repeating...

Railroad equipment! It was ubiquitous during both world wars. Not having rail transport leaves a big gap in tactical and strategic gaming. In addition, some rail equipment would make mighty fine victory objectives!
Seems to me, Cap'n, this mission is a serious misallocation of valuable military resources.

I'm working on the Mediteranian theater/Palestine/Mesopatamia - lots of armored cars, some tanks, cav, combined arms operations long before it was thought of in that respect. I agree, wargaming the Western Front might not be everyone's cup of tea/coffee/cocoa. This overlooked theater can make for some very interesting battles with mixes of old and new that might never see the gaming table any other way. But then, those Western Front battles - how else could I ever field 65 or more British tanks for some of those 1918 battles? I am amazed to see new companies doing figures and vehicles in 25/28mm and people still trying to play the big battles. I'm doing 15mm for Piquet's Point of Attack: Barrage rules, and still cant get a large battle on the table that I could with 1/285. In 15mm, I hope to get a brigade fight, with 1/285, I could get the whole division out there.

WORLD WAR ONE
...I just bought a pack of WWI infantry from the other,,,terrible stuff compared to GHQ's quality. So I sit and wonder how old I will be when I see a GHQ WWI line :?:

I will second th G-Wagon, as Canada uses them in Afghanistan. It's a pretty big hole for my collection to not have the G.
Yeah I've been using humvees instead, they were used by canadians for a short period in afghanistan, they were loaned I beleive.

1. M-103 Heavy Tank

2. Swedish "S" Tank

3. Discontinued items to be made available again, such as the JS-I Heavy Tank. (I know, GHQ is reworking their older, "less detailed" models -- and always with great results! But sometimes I get impatient...)

4. More website specials!! ('cause I'm also cheap... or have too limited funds, and their stuff is just too cool to ignore!)

5. More "scenic" items -- telephone poles, domestic animals, road signs, some "simple" bridges -- and railroad equipment would be cool, too!!!

6. Just plain more! :D

Hi,

some add-ons to my first posting:

G-Wagon is a very good suggestion (does anyone have a specific version in mind? I would like to see a soft-top G270CDI)
The Puma AIFV would be a nice beast as well...
How about the Eurocopter Tiger?

Cheers Ben
