I am selling on eBay a one-of-a-kind (well, two of a kind) set of the US Marine Corps workhorse, the LCU. This vessel, common to almost every USMC operation, is otherwise unavailable in this scale. These two models were scratchbuilt by me from plastic and resin and are fully detailed and decaled. Included are two Bradleys and two M1A1s in white metal by GHQ, also in 1/285 scale, and also fully painted and detailed.
Yet I quite my job and living off of my wife to go to school full time so...out of price range. Technically everything should be out of price range but of course I spoted a new rule set for micro armor and now I have the "itch" again for some micro armor.
At least I had like 10 packs of T-55's and some Walkerbulldogs to hold me over for awhile. Plus had an ebay purchase of Soviet tanks two years ago that I am repairing there broken gun barrels.
This is actually prving easier than I though they would be. Especially the T-34/85's thick gun. The 76mm gun is a little harder finding the size but I think I have it.
Hey nice work on that. Just wondering though, why did you choose an M2 Bradley for the ship as opposed to a USMC vehicle? Dont get me wrong, It looks awesome, but I was just curious.
Sorry, I chose Brads for as complex a reason as I had extras and no USMC gear I wanted to dispose of. Let's pretend it is all part of a joint operation with the Corps helping the Army get some gear ashore...
