Towed/deployed ATG models

Is it possible to cut the trails on GHQ's towed ATG models (eg the Pak 40) and then bend the trails so that the model could instead be used as a deployed gun? From the photo in the online catalog it looks possible but I'm not certain.

I'm thinking about starting WWII gaming with GHQ's stuff (already do WWII in 15mm...yes, it's crazy but I've been really enjoying their moderns!). But at $10 per package that's $5 per deployed gun (as much as 15mm models!!!).

Yes, you can. The post war Soviet 100mm had all the trails joined in my pack, but that was soon fixed.

Do you get the tractor in your 15mm pack too?
