The first of the "modern" tanks. They just look really dangerous. :D

It's not a tank, but the Elephant is cool the same.

Also Pz35t and PzIV

Crusader III
It may not be the best tank of its time, but the combination of Christie-type suspension with sand shields and 'streamlined' turret make it look like what I think a tank should look.

All PZIII models warm my heart. The M48A3 and the ShermanV w/o skirts all get Kudos.

Yes, I noticed... and no, it doesn't surprise me at all. Consider how many variants of the Sherman are modeled by GHQ alone! And if Gort has a few platoons of each variant, the total number could be rather large...

Of course, it is possible that a wee bit of exaggeration may be involved -- like "if I told you once, I told you a thousand times"... But, no, 500 of what could well be the most produced tank in history, with so many different variants, wouldn't surprise me at all.

And if one considers the old saw about "the more, the merrier" -- well, then, I'd say that's one happy army!!

Another vote for the Crusader. They look like they're going fast even when standing still. Considering the actual vehicle's armor, speed was the only thing it had in it's favor.
