Jadgpanzer Kanone

In the GHQ-modern TO&E list for the German army, it shows that there is 2 Raketenpazer and 3 Kanones. I'm looking to use the Kanone as the stand alone AT company and was wondering how many would make up that number?

I believe they started out as three platoons of 5 vehicles and an HQ of 2 vehicles. When the Rakete came along, one platoon was switched to them.

Just to add more confusion, this site suggests that under Heeresstruktur 3 the Anti-tank company had three platoons of five Jagdpanzers each plus two platoons of four raketten panzers each.
