WW2 Microarmor on E-bay

Post by Extra Crispy »

In doing a bit of house cleaning, I find I have a small lot of microarmor that is in excess of my requirements. They are all WW2 Germans and Americans, new in the blisters.

You can see all these lots - and much more to come, here:

Happy Bidding!

Mark:

You may want to review/edit your listings.

In all three of the GHQ "US" listings the text within the listing says they are the same thing -- "US40 Infantry Command". Yet the titles on all three listings say they are something else.

Also, the GHQ "US Halftracks" title lists it as G51 in the title. As we all know, G51 is not a set of US Halftracks.

The net result, including the pictures (which are OK, but not great), is that I woul have very little idea what I was actually bidding on.

Just suggesting...

And here I was thinking all that deception made the auction more exciting - kind of a "I'll take box number 2 Chuck!" thing.

I've corrected the auctions as best I can.

And yes, those are Hobby Town labels. In Chicago there were actually two stores where you could walk in and pick up GHQ. The only real downside was (1) they only ever had one of each pack in stock and (2) they both only placed orders every 4 months or so so special orders just took too darn long.

But having just opened a tiny little shop here in Cincinnati I may think about stocking the GHQ models myself....
