Video Contest- Are you going to participate?

Post by GHQ »

We are excited about our newly annouced video contest, and we wanted to get an idea of how many people are going to particiapte, and what some of your possible topics may be. Anyone who looks at Show Us Yer Stuff!, or many of the other topics, surely knows that there is a tremendous amount of talent and creative thinking lurking here on our forum. If you are planning to put together and video, please chime in with a quick note here.

Thank you for your support,
GHQ

I intend to do a video for 1/2400 scale wargaming. Haven't finalized yet on WWII or Modern. Hmmm... Maybe a Final Countdown scenario.

I will give it a try. I don't have any ideaof what it will be like. My pictures alone are crap, but maybe I'm more of a video artist, don't know...But count me in.

Looks like we may get a WW2 Western Desert game going here in the South Bay Area tomorrow.

I'm hoping, if time permits me to join this fight, that we'll get some footage that can be cobbled together into a video to enter into the contest.

I spent a little time this weekend trying some things out. It was a very productive session in terms of learning about putting something like this together. Unfortunately, the by-product of the "on the job training" was that I figured out that to achieve my artistic vision I don't have enough time in my work life balancing act. Its better i guess to have figured that out now.

I look forward to seeing what everyone else can put together.
