Propellor Blades - to clip or not to clip?

I've gone for the plastic discs. I figure the blades will eventually break off and then I'll have to replace them since I prefer to have something besides just the smooth nose. The plastic seems durable enough, I just need to find a good way to cut clean circles. Do paper punches come in different sizes?

Look at Michaels Crafts. They have a wide variety of paper punches by size and shape. Just look for the one closest to your need. May not be exactly the right size, but should find one close.
