Of course, I realize that Harlan has already placed most of these on his suggestions for Wehrmacht 47 and that a good number of these could not be produced any time soon but as a long term plan, I think most of these would be popular. Many would disagree and that is their right.
I like the Wehr 47 E50 company and the Wehr 47 combat group. They make collection of a larger number of advanced vehicles easier. I have purchased the long barrel M26, the T44, the Soviet APC, and British Centurion and Tortoise. I do plan to use these in miniature combat after developing a solitaire game encompassing massed armor.
The bus on tracks could carry two full infantry squads, 25 passengers, which was way too big for the budget-strangled post-war Army but until the advent of the T18 AUV, it was the only fully-enclosed show in town. Surprisingly, its footprint is no bigger than the current day Bradley (and had six road wheels per side like same), and not much taller, about the same size as an M270 MLRS...but it looks huge and imposing next to any halftrack short of the Famo. They actually standardized it in 1945, and built about six of them for evaluation, but nothing came of it. The chassis would later emerge as the M8 high speed tractor, which was produced in some numbers and towed heavy artillery for a few years in the late '50s until replaced by the M123 10-ton truck (but I digress). Apparently the Army thought they were going to get the M44 post-war, because both the 1948 edition field manuals and T/O&Es feature the M44 AUV, but until the T18 was standardized as the M75 AIV in 1952, they had to make due with M3A1 halftracks and a few hundred M39 AUVs (both open top). Armed with one .50cal in a ring mount toward the rear of the massive roof, the crew also had a .30cal bow gun that could be removed and mounted externally over either of the side doors as required. Fitted with the same Continental radial engine used in the M18 Hellcat tank destroyer (and using M24 suspension components), the M44's top speed was 32mph, so it could keep up with even the M46 Patton tank. The M44 was the only fully-enclosed, full tracked, rear exit prototype APC that actually made it to production in 1945, and for that it is a very interesting vehicle to me
