Welcome! There are a small number of folks in the Jacksonville/Green Cove Springs/Gainesville area that frequent this forum but I don't know who might be down in Orlando.

Are you still in Orlando or central FL area? Gainesville, Jax, Keystone Heights and Bowling Green FL have gamers.

My friend RobWolf and I are in the Orlando area. We've been putting together a modern campaign where the Caucasus region of Russia breaks away and becomes an independent state. We use the rules for Avalon Hill's game "MBT" though instead of the Micro Armor rules set. Not too much that's different though. Anyways, Sci-Fi City is a great host for games as you can come in pretty much any day and play for free (if there's table space).

From time to time, yes, we still meet at Sci-Fi City. We've been working on terrain hexes lately to bring with us so we're prolly AWOL for a bit.

K. Well next time you all are planning something send a PM or post it on here. If time allows, I'd like to come up and play a game.

I'm pretty rusty. I haven't played any micro armor since Historicon in like 1997.

Some of us guys in Jacksonville, and perhaps Gainesville might be delighted to make down for a day of modern micro armor gaming. If you can give us two weeks notice or a days notice[probability of participating declines]. Hopefully we can push some lead/radium across the table.

That'd be great if some thing like that could be worked out. Any of you all go to RECON or HURRICON?

I have not been in years, unfortunately. Some others go regularly.

Although, we can always set a game for micro armor, pick a place, rule set & GM, then show up and play.
