Hi all, I may have missed this but can someone clarify "Rule 8.6 Turning". The text says you hold the template adjacent to the bridge of the ship. This is fair enough as the bridge is used as the measuring point for all movement and firing, yet the the example picture on page 24 shows the measuring from the stern of the ship. Also the design of the template makes it very dificult to use with destroyers and cruiser unless you make a seperate template for each arc.

Our group always uses the bridge of the ship for all (moves, turns, ranges). That said, as long as everyone was consistent in where they measured their turns, bridge or stern, it should not matter. As for the turn radius, we made several copies of the gage and cut them to the appropriate size.
