I hope to really crack into it this and mark out all the roods and get the hills done over the next week

Cheers

Finally got around to starting some terrain to start gaming with at our club. I decided to build a set of dedicated boards for the Fulda Gap scenerio. I am building them using some techniques that I have used on model train layouts. I am using 1/2 inch foam board covered by plaster cloth. I made a four inch template from sheet styrene to use on laying out the road, river and elevation. I used two different type of flocking the lighter green for the open areas and a darker one for the woods. There will be three boards each one is 24 inches x 48 inches.

1. The start of the center board.

2. The northern board almost completed.

3. A little closer shot of the northern board.
