I thought GHQ already made Judys? Yes the later ones had radial engines vice inline but in 1/2400 scale you can see the difference?Donald M. Scheef wrote:Yokosuka D4Y3 [Judy]

Here are my humble suggestions to be added to the totals - any further ideas?
I agree with Donald's suggestions for most of them, I just thought that the Washington Treaty ships and the A - 150 might be considered...
WWII UK light cruiser “modified Colony†class.
WWII USA light cruiser Worcester (CL 144) class.
WWII Japan battleship Fuso (late-war appearance).
WWII Germany battlecruiser Gneisenau.
WWII UK battleship Duke of York, Anson, Howe – late-war appearance .
WWII UK light cruisers Scylla & Charybdis.
WWII Soviet battleship Sovietskii Soyuz design (Projekt 23).
WWII USA heavy cruiser Oregon City (CA 122) class.
WWII Japan battlecruiser B-64 and B-65 designs .
WWI UK battleship N3(“Saintâ€) design.
WWI UK battlecruiser G3 design.
WWI Japan battleship No. 13 design.
WWI Japan battlecruiser Amagi design.
WWII Japan A – 150. (Super – Yamato) design.
WWII UK battleship Malaya.
Post WWII USA heavy cruiser Des Moines (CA 134) class.
I have considered other ships from a galaxy far, far away...but I won't add them to this wish list...

Votes for Wish List
I have not place a vote in a while, but today I am about to game the Battle of Pantelleria (part of the Harpoon action in June 42) and it appears I don't have GHQ minis of the following:
UK DD L&M (6x4.7" version)
RM DD Premuda (Yugoslav DD, but saw action under Italian and Germany colors)
Didn't see either on the wish list can you add them.?

For hussar62;
Both of the types you enquire about are on the list but not in the "top 100" that I post.
WWII UK destroyer "L" & "M" classes now has 12 votes (including yours) in the Consolidated Micronaut Wish List. This is just below the current cut-off for my posted list. If you really need ships of this class, you mighty consider CinC's MF132, HMS Matchless. Although less detailed than GHQ's products (some would say less cluttered), CinC moldings are accurate and crisp.
WWII Yugoslavia destroyer Dubrovnik (Premuda under Italian control, TA 32 under Germand control) now has 4 votes. As far as I know, the only 1/2400 model of this ship is a resin version from Panzerschiffe. It's crude compared to GHQ quality but definitely represents the ship and is adequate for gaming purposes.

Hmmm... I don't see the WW1 German Armored Cruisers of the Roon and Prinz Adelbert classes in that list.
Maybe they haven't gotten enough votes - yet.

Thanks for adding my votes Donald!
I do have a few more ships to add to the mix...
They are:
WWI Germany battleship L20a design
WWI Germany battlecruiser ersatz Yorck design
WWI Japan battleship Kaga design
WWI Japan battleship Kii design
Post Treaty Northumberland / Surrey class design
BUT...the biggie that I completely forgot to put in my original post...(and the one I want the most...)
HMS Hood...if it had been reconstructed to look like the Renown, Warspite, KGV, etc
http://www.hmshood.com/history/construct/repair42.htm
Donald, has anybody suggested this - would you please tell me how many votes it has?
Thanks!
I will be quiet now...

Fluorophil,
Thank you for your posting.
I have entered into the Consolidated Micronaut Wish List your votes for the following types (and provided the number of votes for each, including your recent additions):
- WWI Germany battleship L20α design (5 votes)
- WWI Germany battlecruiser ersatz Yorck design (6 votes)
- WWI Japan battleship Kaga design (8 votes)
- WWI Japan battleship Kii design (8 votes)
- WWII UK heavy cruiser Surrey design (3 votes)
- WWII UK battlecruiser Hood, 1942 refit design (5 votes)
There are several possible versions of the 1942 Hood refit. Personally, I prefer a version using the between-decks 4.5-inch turrets as on Queen Elizabeth, Valiant, and Renown. The supply of 5.25-inch mounts of KGV, etc. would have been more limited in 1942 and I am less impressed with their anti-aircraft capability. With the additional hull length, even compared to Renown, I think there would have been room for more than ten 4.5-inch twin mounts; perhaps an eleventh mount on the centerline aft or six mounts on each side for a total of 12.
Since none of these designs have more than twelve votes, I will not be posting an upated version of the "top 100" list.

Zara vs Pola
Can any of you WWII naval guys tell me why we need a Zara AND a Pola. I thought these were of the same class. In looking at the description, both say essentially the same thing. I have four of the Zara models painted and mounted on bases. Is there any reason why I need to have any Pola models as well? Are there any major differences?

Pola
So I can leave the other three as is, and buy only one Pola? The description shown on the site is therefore incorrect. Thanks Tammy.
