Hey Chris,

Until you added the 70 Leo IIA6's I think my Russians could have handled that group. Let me finish the division and the independent regiments and I know I can handle them. What do you have for helos and fixed wing aircraft?

This is the BS news.

The Overseas Office is strongly advising all Balzac Nationals to avoid all travel to Camastan.
Those in Country should make all attempts to leave as soon as possible. If you can not leave try to keep a low profile and stay away from public gatherings. Register with the OO by the 1-800 # or online. Access to the airport is not possible at this time (there are no direct flights to Balzac anyway).
The nearest boarder crossings to the South and East are still open but travel in this area is becoming very difficult.

Most diplomatic channels seem to have broken down and the government appears to have only limited control within the capital region. The embassy will be closed Monday due to safety concerns.
Keep calm and stay tuned to Balzac State News.

OK I found the (Calgary) Crossiron Mills Mall using Google Maps but could an official of the GPRC or BSDF tourism office provide this possible tourist with a better sense of the borders between the two states?

So the saddledome is in Camastan? If so I'll check the Flames schedule.
Honestly though I don't see it in the cards as travel will be very difficult this year and likely next.

It is true that the holy shrine of the Saddledome is in Camastan.
This is indeed the only justification for anyone from the Nation of Balzac to risk travel to the troubled masses that is now Camastan.

I will do up an Imagi-Nation for my vision of Balzac over the holidays. This should help everyone from outside of Alberta understand what the heck cama and I are going on about.

Don't believe the google map!
The Crossiron Mills economic zone is centered on the beautiful Island of Goatland.
This is the most Southern and Western point of Balzac and is about half way between the two government centers.
Google maps also fails to show the many miles of rugged coastline and fjords around Balzac.
No common land boarder between the two, would take a couple of failed States to put heavy armour in my backyard but who knows? Things can happen quick these days.
Air and sea traffic going South West from Balzac has been a problem, Goatland would be most affected by this.

Basically.
Balzac = Small population, larger land area into the Arctic with coastline.
Peaceful, none aligned, democratic, industrious traders.

Camastan = much larger dense population(in all respects) large land area with coast?
Now a fully failed State awash with weapons with too many people saying shoot, no one saying what at or why. Also very low ability to operate motor vehicles safely.
Only safe to travel by helicopter!

Cama may say different, just my take.

This is the BS News,

The situation in Camastan continues to deteriorate.
Despite calls from what seems to be a fragmented PRC for calm and orders for the public not to travel we can confirm this evening that most of the population of Camastan is on the move.
There is wide spread grid lock and what can only be described as total panic in the Provinces of Chinook, Deerfoot and Sunridge.
The Balzac embassy has been forced to close. All Nationals in Country are advised to head North if possible. Take water, food, a battery powered radio and only what you must.
The limited power and phone network is likely to fail.
Keep calm and tune in to BS World service at 6 and 12, morning and evening for updates.

Well, ABBA was the 2nd largest economic entity behind Saab...and you have Saab manufactured military vehicles in the Balzac Defense Force.
.
Do Camastanais eat Goat meat?
.
My USMC has been supplied with 2 dozen LAV vehicles imported from GM Canada, apparently they had been leased previously.. The depot is repainting them in 3-tone NATO and preparing them for operational readiness and deployment.
.
The Aussies have been supplied with a few more variants of the ASLAV25, and LAV25, and LAV Command and LAV Logistics. This with recent addition of M1A1 AIM will increase the Australian ability to support relief efforts as the HMAS Canberra sails the globe. Plan visiting the people of Balzac and Camastan. This is a good will mission of course. Where may we make 'port-of-call'? We do want to be sure to not run over a submarine at Goatland harbor.

Chris, Balzac is always open to good will visits from friendly Nations.
We hope to continue military co operation in 2016.
Don't worry about the new subs, all four of the class are based out of the mainland.
Best way to find them is to look just behind the Camastan rust bucket sub.
Increased security state on Goatland right now, local airport has 2 Gripen and an AEW&C forward deployed from mainland plus Crotale NG SAM around the field.
Will photo over the holidays.

This is the BS World service.

we return to the ABBA Christmas special in a moment.

BSDF coded messages. Working to triangulate where it is coming from and if anyone is replying. If so, I have some SU-24/SU-25's with care packages.

Paul,
BS news is on your normal fm dial, radio 1 pop kind of station.
BS World service is on the short wave 24/7 from Balzac. light music, current affairs, news, shipping weather, that kind of thing.
It's been playing ABBA back to back for the last 36 hours now! Driving me nuts.....
The numbers must be some kind of engineering works or something, I don't know :?

To the editor Goatland Gazette.
Dear Sir,
Since moving with our horses next to the airport two years ago, I have been at the forefront of the campaign to reduce noise in the area and have the airport closed or moved.
I am forced to write to you again in the light of the bedlam of the last 24 hours.
It would seem that no one has told the Air Force of the holiday season and they have returned with their small (very loud) fighter jets again.
We have seen more of them in the last 24 hours than the last 2 years! Have they nothing better to do?
Also tonight I have found out that the Army is now playing around with little jet powered model toys!!!!!
What a complete waste of public funds.
My family are all returning to the island tonight by air and this must also be slowing down their travel times.
Photo evidence from my son, arriving on a $49 Air Balzac flight this evening.
Mrs Maple Olds-Nimby.
Chairperson, Citizens against the airport and badly painted houses.

PS I watched the little models planes and fighter jets all fly off in the same direction to the Southwest, how can this be safe? Amateurs!.

We play on the Canberra a bunch of Men at Work...can you imagine that?
.
We will have to see if we can get a NATO Data fed of satellite video from either Canada, UK or the Dutch maybe. We need an E-2 on the Canberra.
.
Nice to see that Balzac supports hobbies such as remote control airplanes, race cars, trains, etc. Nice, safe hobbies for the cold climate. Does everyone have a Ham Radio Set?
.
What is the PRC up to. I have not received any real news from that aspect. Are they in the open arms market for acquisitions since they now fear Balzac Defense Force? Have deployed anything or anybody or called up any reserves or Guard resources?

We are sending some intelligent agents into the Cross Iron Mill shopping mall in the hamlet of Balzac. What an military force you have, per capita. We are evaluating the capability of your military force. We have embedded a few ground crewmen at the airport to learn of your highly capable AEW aircraft.
.
We have tried to embed agents and ** CENSORED ** into Camastan, we are unable to find any military units, planes, tanks, equipment. The PRC looks ready to surrender if they have a military. Maybe they are camouflaged and hidden....
.
Maybe a parade is needed to demonstrate pride in the PRC. Who is willing to participate in a parade?
Chris
