Recent event has caused China to dissolving into many Kingdoms.
CHI Empire -
DNA testing confirms a descendant of the Chinese Imperial family has been found living in the US. Little is known except the head of the family goes by the initials of AH. DNA evidence also confirm bloodlines links to the Romanov, Habsburg,Hessian,Savoy,YI,the House of Windsor and the Robert E Lee of the US.
The family has been under the protection of the Secret Society for many generations after leaving China. The Secret Society(SS) has over 1M family spread out throughout the world.
The Imperial Empire currently has an uneasy cease fire with the N alliance and trades with some members of the A confederation.
People Republic of N - Member are the new PRC ,mix of ** CENSORED ** and Stalinist States.
The largest are the new PRC who are currently at war with the GOF. Imperial spies report that the PRC is planning to crush the emerging Imperial kingdom once they defeat the Kingdom of the GOF.
A Alliance – Loose confederation over 100 warlord type kingdoms , The largest is Gang of four (GOF),Warlord kingdoms loose confederation of kingdoms. Most are autocracy rulers, mercenary, new aristocracies and Democracies.
The main member is the GOF which is at war with the PRC. Most members of the alliance support the GOF but their loyalty are questionable at best.
Currently the UN is enforcing a cease fire but the Royal court believes the UN will not be able to control the situation for much longer. Monthly there are more skirmishes and territorial disputes.
The Emperor is calling for volunteers from the SS to return and form elite new units.
So here's the back story. What do you guys think?

Foreign intelligence service report:
It appears that the former government has been secretly producing of US and Russian AFV in these underground factories.
The tunnel entrances were sealed in the anarchy that followed the collapse of the former government.
US and Russian denied any military equipment was ever produced over seas.
Former US and Russian service men have reported see "Made in China " tags in new vehicles for years.

Huge explosions and fire has been reported in the area of the CHI's so call underground factories.
CNN reports as UN and representives of Putinville gather to inspect the factories the area erupted into flames.
CHI Military radar moments before detected faint bumble bee size objects flying from the sea toward the area.
Souces in the government say the factories are a total loss.
The CHI government be be issusing a statement with in the hour.

Putin Paulson, I thought you were Putinville, not Russia. I have some Ukrainian produced equipment, may even have Russian produced equipment. I may have my license authorization for which would exclude any license fee requirement. If I do not have the letter, come get the fee. Your puny Putinville force will be really stepped upon.

Likely cause of the destruction are cruise missiles launch off the coast. Reports are coming in from local fishermen claiming they saw large black objects surface briefly then disappear. Soon after many object were seen in the distance leaving the water and flying inland.
The UN has issued a statement.
It is more apparent that a as yet unknown foreign power launched cruise bunker busting missiles that has destroyed the underground complex
Despite claims by CHI empire the area of the underground complex at the time was NOT part it's territory.
CHI military forces has been setting up new outpost and camps in the disputed territory.
Statement issued by the CHI imperial state department

We find the statements issued by the UN utterly contemptible.
We have recalled our ambassador from the recent naval treaty talks
Prince Saywhat issued a statement
"When we find those responsible for this attack we will repaid them 10 fold"

Does anyone have any information about CHI. The Swimmers Commonwealth does not have any surveillance assets in the area. Our ships of the LHD Humanitarian/Assault Groups: 1-Canberra Group, and the 2-Adelaide Group, are not in the area. Even though we expect 2 more groups and LHDs to be operational next year with supporting ships, we do not have ability to observe the events of GHI and their assault and military takeover of territory.

Our Humanitarian Groups are in the North Sea heading to visit Balzac for training, and the Med near Sicily heading east.

The glorious imperial CHI navy has found and destroyed the still unknown sub that lunched the unprovoked attack.
There were no survivors.
Ships are being sent to see if anything can be recovered and the origin of the sub can be determine.
Because of these recent events the CHI empire is refitting its Navy.
