Clearing out some backlog...

Israeli F-16A's, now with insignia decals, and a better photo. Colors aren't quite right but it'll do.

Korean War F-86's now complete as well.

Here is some of my latest work. This is all my MRAPs, M-ATVs and Humvees.

As always, I am positing a pic before they are done.. No wash, clean up on the detail, and sealed. On the M-ATVs, I am thinking on painting the flat surface behind the 50 cal black to make it look more like a shadow.

Chrisswim thanks for the feedback. I am working on some russian stuff as well.

My Russian forces are shaping up really well and I am digging the current paint scheme I am using. They are not finished, like most of my stuff but are pretty close. So a quick preview on my work so far.

Just adding a few bits and pieces to utility vehicles to make them a little more unique. Honestly Ina's become my rule of thumb to add sundry items when possible...

Einheits with added radio antenna from sdkfz 251 radio pack as well as tarp on roof (tin foil over a square spruce)

[Hello all

Here are some things I have been working on for a game I'm hosting at Little Wars 2016. Friday April 29th 3pm to 7pm, an Saturday April 30th 7pm to 11pm. If anyone is around look me up or stop by and play. They are not best pictures, and they have not been inked and dry brushed yet or barrels straightened out yet.

Looking good, guys! I have to admit a fondness for the monotone schemes -- only because I can see the great details GHQ puts into their castings.

I haven't done anything new in, oh, three years or so. That's when my hands started shaking so bad that I couldn't do any fine work (such as is required for GHQ models). My doctor diagnosed the problem as "essential tremors", but I had to go though a lot of testing. My least favorite was when they hooked up electrodes to an elbow and a fingertip, and sent four levels of electricity through my arm -- the fourth one was a "female dog", if ya know what I mean..., each time they did it. Each arm, each finger, four times each. Did it to me knees and toes as well. They did find out I have carpal tunnel syndrome in my right arm, and varying degrees of nerve damage from Type 2 diabetes. Sucks getting older.

Good news, though -- my docs have found a "good combination" of meds, and on good days, my hands are actually steady enough to get some work done. So maybe before too long, I'll have a few pics of my own to post!

Anyway, "youze guys" keep up the good work and keep posting pictures!

I could not agree more. The lighter monotone color does show the detail better and ghq's detail needs to be shown off. I produce vehicles in both monotone and multicolor for variety and show case detail. It has been pointed out to me that there is a need to lighten darker colors because of scale effects on brightness.... So that will be my next area of study and improvement.

Tom, sorry about your recent medical condition. My girlfriend has been on me to get a physical to check for type 2 diabetes so maybe it's time. Best wishes on an improved health
