GHQ's slid in another new release, one that I don't remember seeing anything on:
M1 155mm Howitzer, GHQ Stock # US111
M114 prime movers with deployed and towed guns
Per pack: 2x M114s/2x Deployed Guns/2x Towed Guns,
No photo yet...
Did anyone else notice an additional New Release?

There's something strange about this. To the best of my knowledge, there is no such thing as an M114 prime mover. However, there was an M114 155mm howitzer. This is basically the same weapon as the M1 155mm howitzer (some minor physical changes and a nomenclature name). Compare this to GHQ's N599, M114 Howitzer.
I think that US111 will be the same as the N599, except that a WWII era prime mover (Diamond T model 968 4-ton 6x6 truck or M5 High Speed Tractor) replacing the post-war prime mover in N599. If so, this will be welcomed by those who want a WWII item. GHQ already makes models of both WWII-era prime movers.
Also refer to thread "New M144 posted" from several months ago. It's a page back on the forum.
Possibly, someone at GHQ got confused when they wrote the description of US111.

"GMC open-cab trucks" is a double miss.
The only GMC open-cab trucks in GHQ's US lineup are long-wheelbase 2 1/2 ton.
2 1/2 ton is too light for the 155mm howitzer; it should be at least 4-ton truck.
The open-cab 2 1/2 ton is the long wheelbase version. For towing artillery, the short wheelbase version was more common.

Picture now up, looks like the 'soft top' canvas 21/2 ton truck,
so if they are too light as Don says, could always use them for ammo carriers.
Probably would have to go with the 6 ton Corbitt 50SD6 truck, (US105), or the
7 1/2 ton Mack NO, (US70), as the correct Prime Movers.
US80 with the M5 tractor already has the towed 155's,
but I don't see where the M4 tractor is sold separately outside of US106,
that comes with the M2 155 'Long Tom' version. But I'm no expert on this.

Thank you, GHQ, for paying attention. The 6-ton Corbit is certainly capable of towing the M1 155mm. I would still recommend the 4-ton Diamond T (UK94).
By the way, the photo(s) you have of a 2 1/2 ton truck towing the 155mm howitzer: Was it on a road? Typically, on-road towing capacity is about twice the off-road capacity. A 2 1/2 ton truck could tow the 13,000-pound weapon on a prepared surface but would probably bog down on soft or uneven ground.
Since you have updated the M1 howitzer, do you intend to retire US10 and US80? If so, please consider producing the M5 High-Speed Tractor as a separate item.

I was just comparing the announced list of 2017-18 new releases, and checking it against the actual schedule that was posted a few days late, and think that I discovered...2 additional releases on the schedule! They are both Chinese, China- ZBD-08 IFV and
China- AFT-10 ATGM.
Am I seeing things, or are these additional Chinese releases too? It makes sense that GHQ would be adding a lot to the Chinese offerings.
Thank you GHQ!
