Over a year ago I was messing around with some leftover bits and created a game for a local con that ended up not getting time. It was a Godzilla vs. Megatokyo concept that started me on my quest for JGSDF minis. At the time, GHQ hadn't posted the new models so I ended up working on some of my own. I started with a German tank transporter and BTR-50.

With a slight mod and it became a Maser truck.

I wanted a few tanks as well and settled on modding up a Leopard IIA4 as the best body model for a Type 90 tank. It just needed a sight mounted on the turret and side skirts.

Naturally, I'm a horrible photographer. And I managed to pick one of the worst of the modded models. Now, of course I see that GHQ is set to release a real Type 90. Oh the humanity!

Long time no see, here are my recent works.
Grille H and Sdkfz232

Added brackets on top of Grille with copper wire and PE aerial on Sdkfz231 to make Sdkfz232.
Bison 1B and Pzkpfw iv H

Added two German artillery on Bison.
German 88mm

Also added German artillery and infantry. I put on diluted putty to soldiers to be seen 'winter uniform'. Empty shells are 0.5mm brass rods.

Thank you again BurtWolf, actually those are 'statues' for me so I can concentrate more on each model. I usually paint(or build) only one in a pack so numbers of unpainted the rest are rolling around in my cabinet! I believe anybody handle model for display, I mean not for gaming then they can make much better model than me.BurtWolf wrote:As always, awesome detail and painting. I just did some Grille's - don't come close to yours!!
