A copy of a treaty signed by over a dozen members of the League of Nations authorized and granted independence of the Bouti Peoples in West Sahara. This had been forgotten about at the end of WW1 and with the economic issues of the stock market crash of the US in 1929, WW2, French intervention and the Cold War. This grants more territory of West Sahara to the Bouti Peoples, which is to the south of Yer Bouti City and includes the port 30 miles south of YB Port. Thus another 20 mile of land to the south.
. This would require that the Commonwealth leave 1/2 of a training facility in the area. West Sahara will remain with 2/3 of the territory, with over 1/3 north and under 1/3 south of YB with some land east of YB. West Sahara will remain as the two sects of people have assimilated with each other unlike Boutis.
.
The Commonwealth will stand by the treatise made 100 years ago. Private land will be retained by those people that own the land to either use it or sell if they choose. Any CoC land will be turned over to the Bouti Government. This will occur as soon as feasible.

Discussions are frustrating with the diplomatic staff of the Commonwealth and Moroccodom and the staff of Yer Bouti. But as has been said a few times during the negotiated talks, it is better to speak strongly with a dozen people on our views vs. shoot much and kill many in short order. All are in agreement, determining the eastern boundary of the newly expanded Yer Bouti.
.
Property rights of land owners is vital to the Commonwealth, the need to protect the property owners, the business owners, even small businesses, all citizens & people that have lived in the southern West Sahara. A leak from the conference occurred.... A lower level staff member of Yer Bouti delegation has accused the Commonwealth of "delay tactics to get a better deal by turning over less land of the South section of West Sahara, and to remove all the capital equipment by driving it east, then north. It is and should be part of Yer Bouti".
.
A flight of A-7s flew out over the ocean into the Atlantic to visually observe the NDA task force, to monitor their transit. They have freedom of navigation, so does the Commonwealth. "We flew within 3 miles, about 2.5 miles from the fleet of ships including their small carrier. We are not armed with any anti-ship missiles. Only have A to Air missiles for self-defense." Two NH-90 helicopters also took off to provide any rescue if it was needed.

"This is MFAF Meteor flight leader are intent is to protect our borders and the major shipping routes that our Trawler fleet uses to enter Georges Bank, and to also warn you that your ships has entered into an abandoned WW2 German Minefield that where trying to clear out, I say again turn around now". Out in the distance is the Hawkins Class Heavy cruiser MFNS Moncton along with 4 V Class Destroyers blasting there horns in order to get the CoC carriers to steer away from the minefield. the Escort Carrier Nabob launched its squadron of Fairey Swordfish torpedo bombers to drop flare markers on the area where the minefield is.

“Looks like a tanker just hit a mine 20 seconds agoâ€￾, flight leader reports.
. Emergency radio beacon... “explosion on the starboard bow. Penetrated outer hull. Checking inner hull. No oil leak observed yet. We see flares being dropped 6 miles away. How did you get out so fast. Your rescue efforts are really good? This is Capt Kirk of ESSO Hardin.â€￾ ...repeat...

"This is ESSO Hardin, we are 40 mi outside port, 22 miles from the coast, we experienced a large explosion on starboard bow. The hull of the ship has been breeched, have taken water on, still under power heading for port at 6 knots. Capt Kirk. Send Help immediately."

"ESSO Hardin this is the MFNS Nabob were sending out a flight of SH-3 Sea Kings to your location, get your crew up on deck so we can retrieve you". Meanwhile the 5 MF ships continue to signal the CoC Taskforce to alter course away from the WW2 minefield so no other ships will get struck, while the Meteors and Swordfishs fly overhead no offensive action was taken.

Meteors and Swordfish? GOOD GRIEF! Where do you get the parts to keep your flying museum in the air?

thank you for the messages, the alerts and warnings. We are almost 1000 NM away from your shore line, while the other task force is further still. A few attack subs are moving more slowly, one periodically will let off a noise maker to detect any counter activity, it is about 100 NM from shore off coast of Maine.
.
Launch rotation of E-2C Hawkeye continues with tanker and F-8 Crusader escort.

We 3-D Print some of our parts then produce them with new parts and components.

The YB government will send a trade delegation to the NDA this week with regard to returning it's Chinooks to service.
The YB gov't is open to trade and better ties with all Imagi-nations.
