Customer Service!

Post by Blackheart23 »

I received my big post X-mas sale box of goodies from GHQ, sadly there was a mix-up: I wanted N68 & N69 (LAVs) but got W68 & W69 (Sov Inf) instead. Hey, these things happen.

The problem is, in the last two weeks I have sent off three emails and have tried calling multiple times, but have failed to get any response.

Are they on holiday? Just curious if anyone has gotten ahold of them, or is it just me?

UPDATE: GHQ has contacted me and all is well. Fantastic customer service as usual. Thanks!

I called today

Post by Nepty »

I called GHQ today about defective propeller blades in two packs just to remind them that I called about 2 weeks ago about the same thing. They said there were short of people because of the snow storm and cold weather. I guess it's that global warming causing all this snow and cold weather. Anyway, they said they will make the parts when they have the people to do so.

Good luck

Oh, I totally forgot they are in Minnesota!

The winter has been brutal here in Southern CA, (rain, temps down to the 40s!) But nothing like the places with real weather.
