In the international waters on the southwest of Nuvuut, Greenland, North Korean SSN Romeo 14 fired upon a ship, a CoC cargo ship, registered BALZAC Republic, bound for the same port. There were several other ships in the area. At the time of impact of the torpedo the freighter was inside the 12-mile line of Greenland waters. Another submarine also from North Korea fired several torpedoes and hit and sunk a Canadian registered Ocean Liner with 8 people confirmed dead, 19 missing presumed dead.
. A few days later the CoC had a flyby on the west coast of North Korea of 3 unarmed B-52, E-3 Sentry and B707 Looking Glass, escorted by several Harriers. The flyby took place in international airspace. The North Korean Air Force sent a dozen planes up, losing 6. We lost 5 harriers and 1 life to the Mig-21, 23, and Mig-29. The North Koreans did fire the first 3 shots in that engagement.
. That lead us, the CoC, to send a stronger message to North Korea. The Commonwealth does understand that PROC does have newspapers and only receives and distributes propaganda to its citizens.
. In conclusion, our attack was provoked, That was our response, we do have a right to defend ourselves. Thank you for bring your lack of thinking out in the public domain.

Given the long track record in CofC of manufacturing incidents, the PROG leadership had to wonder if the Canadian incident happened the way it was presented to the world. Especially since they, conveniently, were the only witnesses. In the absence of contra evidence, we shall accept the story but still think CofC's escalating cowboy politics is not what world needs. As for your erroneous claims about news in PROG may I remind you of your Mark Twain: "Those who do not read newspapers are uninformed. Those who do are misinformed." We can only hope to not be targeted by reckless aims of CofC. In the meantime, PROG wishes to condemn the continued overflights of PROG airspace by Finnish aircraft, including so called civilian aircraft.

What CoC manufactures is not what your think. The Commonwealth manufactures parts for aircraft, electronics, ships (civilian), some trucks & cars, mortgages, tires, steel, oil, bullion, coin, counterfeit money of other countries like PROC, Canada, Evil Empire, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo; also agricultural products, etc.

And THEN, CofC SELLSall that stuff to countries it has absorbed into CofC, raising still MORE money from them, in addition to the taxes they impose. It is a closed cycle that is designed to line CofC administrators' pockets, robbing from the poor and giving to the CofC rich.

Japan is sending two Kongo destroyers south with two frigates and a DDH (helicopter destroyer), which now fly VTOL, F-35.
This should be an interesting situation in the Java Sea and elsewhere in the area.

In Ethiopia, it has been determined that there have been a significant cyber attack in the last few weeks by China. The style, the codes, IP addresses even scrambled, all have consistent data trace as on the US and the UK cyber attacks. Russia has also made some cyber attacks, but China's has been successful. Besides the government, they have hit Ethiopia National Bank and the Ethiopia Treasury Dept. Some $8.3 million transferred which ended up in Chinese account for the PLA.

Balzac Republic proposes a UIN resolution condemning the aggressive nature of China. Greenland seconds the resolution. Iceland in support along with Tunisadom, Malidom. As discussion, moved quickly to Security Council. Would have passed, except China Veto the resolution.
. Malidom proposing the African Council condemnation of China with support of members of the council in Africa.
.Nigeria is moving to deploy soldiers and aircraft. Togo is readying logistics unit for the move.

The Eurasia Empire has protested the confiscation of their two ships and crew to the UIN, Armenia, Chicovia, and the CoC.
. The Commonwealth is filing protest of the attack on Socotra Naval Base.
Protest of flights from Syria to attack naval base at Socotra.
Protest of naval and airborne attacks from Yemen.
China, the reduced empire has files protest against Eurasia Empire for attacks on their ships.

China returns the Chias family members and the security team of Kenya, announce their consolidation and pull back of military personnel to the ports. They plan to leave once safe in the Indian Ocean.

The UIN approved a Resolution for peace, inMarshai.
The CoC with its member nations generally voted in favor of the resolution.
Also approved a Resolution to support Peace keeping observers.
. The UIN expresses its appreciation and leadership to Yer Bouti and PROC.

Eurasia filed protest with UIN for confiscation of its aircraft carrier by Canada.

The UIN responded to previous protests with CoC, China, Eurasia and ROD.....

Canada will return the crew of the Carrier Veres to the Eurasian Empire, if the county will pay compensation for damages done to the RCN ships during the New Year War.

Since the UIN was instrumental in ending the conflict between Eurasia, the Commonwealth, Ethiopia ( now Ethiopiadom), a new scholarship has been funded at University of Monaco named the UIN Schalorship to study International Relations, Affairs and/or Government. 10 academic scholarships will be awarded each year. (Resident/citizens of Yer Bouti, Canada, China need not apply.)

Finland lodged an official protest with the UIN against Russia late today. A flotilla of frigates was sighted off the finnish coast towing aging submarines. The Finnish Minister to the UIN, Kai Sauer, said the submarines were leaking oil and other contaminants into a protected watershed. The Russian ambassador has claimed no knowledge of details of the transit but insisted the ships were in international waters and were being transferred to PROG's newly upgraded shipyards for overhaul.
