I’m afraid that the report of the Odysseus’ sinking is very inaccurate. As stated in a previous post, 1st SHAM arrived in Colombian waters safely and is currently conducting its humanitarian mission. When asked about the puzzling report, a Ministry of Defense press officer admitted that the ROD ships had made contact with an unidentified submarine, but he added that the sub was chased off by ROD submarines without firing a shot.
Reporters stated that they were not aware of submarines accompanying the SHAM.
Press Officer: “There is a reason why most Navy press releases include the phrase ‘submarines may or may not be present’. That’s because there are ALWAYS submarines present! We maintain a large fleet of attack submarines because they are integral to our battle group and task force defense strategies.
In this case, 1st SHAM had a Thresher Class SSN accompanying it since it left port. In addition, an Ohio Class SSGN linked up with them mid-Atlantic as they responded to the military crisis in South America. While transiting the Atlantic, an annoyingly loud u-boat attempted to intercept them, but the two ROD subs detected it easily and moved to engage. The u-boat retreated, and since the ROD was unable to positively identify the ship as hostile no shots were fired.â€

West of Ft. Amador & Ft. Grant in the Pacific Ocean
As the guardian of the western approaches to the Panama Waterway Ft. Amador has held an important position safe guarding the free flow of commerce between the oceans.
. Admiral Sims, of the CoC Task Force 19.3 reported that they did not detect any explosion. He is familiar with the propaganda It was reported to him by a Los Angeles Class sub, 3 convergence zones away of a sub whose acoustic signature has not been registered in the computer, until this submarine was detected. It will now be know as Pirate 2 in the CoC systems, as this data is disseminated. It was noisy. A Kilo that was sitting still detected it at a relative angle of 309 degrees, range beyond 25 NM. Did not have a firing solution.
.
The CoC looks forward to working with the ROD task force to secure the western approaches. Ft. Amador & Ft. Grant are open to ROD as needed.
. Ft. Amador is receiving engineers and infantry by helicopter with light clean up equipment: chain saws, flame throwers, etc for clean up until the landing craft arrive.

CHIdom has sent 6 assault landing craft with an escort of 5 frigates, 3 destroyers in an easterly direction, expecting to be a Ft. Grant and Ft. Amador very soon. Helicopters, ASW, surface and AA searches are taking place.
. This is part of a larger plan for the Commonwealth of Chrisdom. If any unknown submarines are identified, located, ASW prosecution is authorized, deadly force is authorized.
. The Ivan Rogov had an engine break down, is not transiting at 5 knots with a Type 53A frigate. It is a few days out of port.

Western Approaches of Panama Waterway
CoC TF 19.3 entered the Panama Waterway zone transiting to head west. A few of the ships made port-o-call at Ft. Amador. Unloading supplies, equipment, even a couple of commercial frieghters made port of call. Fortunately they had their own cranes, will smaller load and capacity so the unloading took longer. Will need to assess the functionality of the cranes of the port. The ships contained thousand of different items, for example, bunks, beds, sheets, towels, hygiene, brooms, mops, axes, chainsaws, generators, ammo, crew served weapons, some light vehicles, air defense, etc. More ship will arrive in the coming weeks and months.
The CHIdom task force, some of the troop carrying ships made port at Ft. Amador. 8,200 soldiers disembarked. Their purpose is to help get the base in functioning order, clean up, being lead by the engineers. After that many will then transfer to Ft. Sherman for Jungle warfare training.

The Philippine Scouts, 1st Brigade of 1200 men have deployed to Ft. Sherman to act as the opposing forces for those being trained in jungle warfare and operations. This unit is an elite unit of employing Ranger and high/low intensity jungle warfare. They also serve as scouts, Cav,, FO., etc.
Col Talock is the CO of the Brigade, who said, "we are delighted to come to Panama to improve our training, to train the other units to learn, to develop their skills and work together. Those soldiers need to avoid 'trench foot'.

This morning in the pre-dawn darkness, ROD transport aircraft began landing at Fort Grant on the Panama ** CENSORED **. The ROD’s 15th Infantry Battalion (Airborne) disembarked and linked up with US and CoC forces immediately upon arrival. An efficient hand-off of responsibility occurred within 30 minutes and the ROD battalion assumed responsibility for the base.
The operational commander, US Lt Gen Clark, stated in a press conference later this morning that he was glad to have the ROD in Panama. This operation is a multi-national effort, not a US and CoC effort. The Panama ** CENSORED ** is vital to world trade and security, so having additional partners invested in safeguarding the waterway is a positive development.
The 15th Infantry – call sign Rampage – is commander by LTC Fraizer. He told reporters this morning that in addition to his paratroopers, he had several exchange officers from the Mexican Army who were embedded with the battalion, and that he welcomes their observations and participation in the operation.
ROD Ministry of Defense press officers stated that the 15th Infantry is the only Army unit deployed to Panama, and that the ROD Marine unit on stand-by is still at home station.

Maj. Bingbong said, "LTC Fraizer, sir, tomorrow, would you be able to transport us to Ft. Amador across the 'stream' in several helo flight, if possible? Unless you want us to show you around here any more. I will have Capt Duerite and 4 men remain here for any unique circumstances or special communication needs if can't be made through normal channels."

MAJ Bingbong, we would be delighted to share some choppers with you and your team. Perhaps we can take an aerial tour of the Can al zone and you can point out some points of interest to us like vulnerable points and key terrain.
We did not deploy with our own helicopters, but we have 4 SH-60Fs at our disposal from HCS-56 - The Angry Hornets. They are arriving tonight from the carrier Armageddon.

Lt.Gen Clark lands at Ft. Grant to welcome LTC Frazier to the Panama Waterway and zone, "glad to have you here colonel and your men and women. I understand you would like a tour of the waterway. I have some CH-47 coming in and Apaches for escort with the CoC leadership team as well. We can have lunch at Ft. Randolph after a flight of a few hours on the southern side of the can-al. After lunch on the northern portion for the return flight. I have put some guys, .... Stephan, are they from the 10 mountain?"
LTC Stephan Davis replied, "yes sir, 2 battalion of the 1 Brigade, sir."
Lt. Gen Clark, "thank you Stephan, helos should be here in 10 minutes if that works for y'all. I have placed them in the center area of the zone near the larger lakes and hills. We may put some rangers out there to skirmish them soon for training. Your guys are welcome to participate in that training. We do need to work together, keep the lines open. Glad you guys are here. "

Some senior staff from Ft. Amador boarded CH-47 and NH-90 for tour of the Panama Waterway and the area around it. Flights then picked up US and ROD soldiers for the flight with lunch planned at Ft. Randolph, then return, taking almost a full day. Panamian troops are joining us to show us the terrain and to build a team for mutual defense of the area in Panama.

There have been a few protests in the last 2 days in Panama. Larger today than the previous protests. These people appear to be against the use of the bases by the US, CoC and ROD. The US did make payment for the first year lease for at least 5 bases with options for a few more sending $6 million USD to the government of Panama. It is a 100 year lease also requiring defense of the Panama Waterway. Next year each of the 3 countries will cover their own $1 million fee per base. The base and land are considered sovereign territory of the country that operates the base.
.
The US military is making plans, diagrams and maps of the bases being run by partner countries of their respective base, to learn of hidden bunkers, ammo magazines, etc.

Artillery philosophy... don't tap it, thump it.
Panama
Protests have continued, although in a sporadic manner with only 5 yesterday, crowds were smaller except in one town with 20 buses brought people in. Think those are professional protesters. Some signs observed read, "USA, Leave now" and "Down with President"
Ft Amador & Ft. Sherman, Panama
The CoC continues the supply of the base with food stuffs, equipment, and weapon systems. A large Auto transport ship dock having come through the Panama Waterway containing a large assortment of armored vehicles including Ratels, Rooikats, M113, M60A3.
. Crews are working to get the large 10 inch mortars functional. For parts that are not suitable using 3-D design to create a model for assessment, then operational component created by 3-D print in the metal. Crews are also working to harden bunkers, communication and command centers along with weapon systems.

As engineer crews and contractors are working to clear ground outside the fence of the base of Fort Amador utilizing large tractors and equipment. As several were using the wheeled vehicles that are used to pull the tree truck and roots out of the ground, some one or a few people fired several shots at the driver of a vehicle aftter shooting at other walking. It shattered class, the equipment operator was wounded from the bullet and glass.
. CNNN with Wolf on the Wolf's Liar, "here in Panama, not all civilians are glad that the US, ROD and CoC are occupying several forts here in Panama. Most Panamians seem okay or glad and it is a boast to the economy. One furniture dealer said 'I was able to take some furnituure about 20 years ago, get it for free from the base. Now I sell it to the Commonwealth military, I have called the US base at Randolph, they are interested in buying their old bunks and pay for transport.' So it does boast the local economy, and is expected to do so in the future, certainly as soldiers have time off and visit places in Panama. This is Wolf on the Wolf's Liar, Thank you for listening."
