Where is the 19-20 release schedule?

I have been far more patient than usual. But it is time to let us know

I agree. I guess there should at least be a June new release posting coming out soon based on past releases, that's if they are planning on releasing any. Time will tell.

Again - small company, very few employees...all that...

I'm excited to see it too! My attitude is always- it will come out when it comes out. I'm always happy to see it when it comes. No anger here.

I don't think there is any anger by anyone when they voice there frustration on GHQ missing a data or product release. It's simply passion being expressed on this site and the desire to see what GHQ is doing next.

Everyone knows that GHQ is small company and with all small companies they need to balance the rate of growth with profitability. However, one way to mitigate the disappointment that people feel is simple communication. GHQ could take 5 minutes to release a post, that they created, to inform there loyal customers of where they are and what is going on. People would have more patience and understanding if they had some information.

Also, if GHQ is listening: Your customer service, as a whole, is without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced in the retail business. You have been more than generous with how you correct quality issues and compensate the customer for problems that have occurred. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and will be so for the rest of my war gaming days. Thanks for an excellent product.
Quantity has a Quality all its own.

Do any of the other micro armour (6mm, 1/300, 1/285) companies have a release list? I am curious and I do see product announcements but can't remember anything like GHQ's "for the next year you will get this" kind of info. Just curious is all.

No, but the issue is that if you set an expectation and then don't meet it then your customers are disappointed.

Perhaps they are at capacity and do not plan a product list this year. Maybe they went over-the-top last year. Seems to me there were a lot of low-demand items last year - REBS, the HEMTT and German wheeled wrecker come to mind. Recovering development costs in items like that likely take longer and may inhibit the re-investment cash it takes for new products the following year.

You guys are merciless. If I were GHQ, I might let you dangle in the wind for a month or so.

I work for the government. I constantly deal with programs that are self licking ice cream cones. That may or may not be funded depending on how the politicians do their jobs. Now that is merciless. Little things like GHQ keep me sane.

So you are practiced in twisting in the wind.

Yes, GHQ keeps us all sane, but this thread is one of those self-licking ice cream cones to which you referred. Still, it keeps us entertained.

Panzergator, you must be a business genius.

Not producing anything new would significantly impact GHQ's sales - as new items are the lifeblood of GHQ

As to your suggestion to leave everyone hanging in the wind for a month. A brilliant suggestion - anger your customer base that pays the bills.

There is no reason GHQ cannot take a few minutes to communicate their new release schedule or at least communicate when we can expect to see it. They are neither that small or that busy to be unable to take 60 seconds to let us know the plan
