Don't know. But I have 7 of the ones shown in that old catalog!Whatever happened to those Mainly Military buildings?
I suppose we should stick to the GHQ stuff.... or wait are we just talking GHQ ads?
Otherwise I would post the 1977 Olds Omega SX ad. Not that anyone gives a rat's pattuti about it, but it does have yours truly in it. Yes, indeedy, my friends, not all of my involvement with the world of models over the years has been with miniatures.

Nashorn88:
I've been collecting for 50 years "come August".
The earliest retail prices I saw were $1.95, $2.20, and $2.45.
It depended on the size/complexity of the items. Everything was 5 per pack, until the introduction of the original model of the Italian L3 tankette- they were 7 per.
Not many were in the top bracket when I started collecting; the Tiger 1 may have been first. The first trucks also were when they came out- they were 3-piece castings, and the cab was hollow with open windows...
I had saved ALL my GHQ catalogues and such, but many were lost with my Grandparents home.
I don't know what I have "buried" in my attic, but wouldn't know how to post pics anyway...
