Australia will transport these old EA-18s via Airbus Belugas to the Avro Canada Facility in Toronto to where they will be refurbished to flying condition and all of its Electronic Warfare systems checked out by local contractors to ensure every things works, training in the use of such devices in another story entirely.
It was decided by the Canadian Armed Forces Council to give the RCAF exclusive rights to use EW equipment.

The Australian Beluga has arrived at the airfield near CFB Equimult for customs and general inspection of the EW Aircraft before sending them on the way to the Avro Canada Facility in Toronto.
Meanwhile at Toronto, the Canadian Military has established some heavy security measures at the Avro Canada facility, after some rumors of a AL-Kabab Plot to destroy the Ex-Aussie EA-18 Growlers when they arrive, CH-146 Griffon helicopters from the nearby CFB Toronto have arrived to patrol the area in support of the ground forces. It is hoped that this will deter this rumored plot, but i hope its just that...A rumor.

"Good afternoon, an hour ago an unidentified man enter the Royal Mayor's Office in Winnipeg. He was wearing a London Fog rain coat, but it was not raining outside. As he approached the security check point and metal detectors the security became very aware of this man. He put keys, money into the bowl and entered the human metal detector. He took off his belt with a large belt buckle. The guards asked him to take off the coat. Needless to say he refused at first, several guards grabbing this 9mm handguns, none drawn yet. One approached the man from behind, spoke telling him to freeze, the man raised his hands. Others immediately approached, finding a 30.06 hunting rifle with 5 rounds in the bolt-action gun. He was detained and being questioned."
"Asking police if he was arrested, the reply was no, even though he was wearing handcuffs and leg irons. He did have a black left eye and couple of bruises on his face. His clothes were ripped in places, he was disheveled."

The Canadian Military has called every Army regiment to Active duty in Defence of the Nation aginest the threat of Al-Kabab in our soil. The Sherbrooke Fusiliers, Fort Gray Horse, and Canadian Dragoons are makeing there way to CFS Cougar in Nunavut to take it back from AL-Kabab there.
Meanwhile in Toronto dispite not having any experince nor Training in Counter Terrorism operations a large force of RCMP police officers Managed to find 5 Al-Kabab cells in the area, 30 officers where killed, and they managed to seize, stolen weapons and documents regarding plots and plans to attack our Airbases and such, the RCMP will send these documents to CSIS.

"This is Shelia reporting that some people that claim to be Al-Kabab have claimed to have taken Ft. Conger, which is a fort that was first built in 1880s now run by the Park Service. No one lives there on Ft Conger National Park. But some Al-Kabab indicate that they have taken the fort. It was by radio communication and through a satellite phone call. We do not know if they have any hostages, which if they did they would be tourists, campers or hunters. Alert, Nunavut is about 50 miles to the north. It sits on the Arctic Ocean. I have asked the RCMP if they knew how many people have taken Ft. Conger, they said they did not know. But I do not know if they are keeping that a classified or if the RCMP do not know. The Park Service last had someone check on the park in early July, about 3 weeks ago. The next scheduled visit is slated for first week in August."

"Hey Roger, I just heard on the shortwave that the army is sending a whole bunch of units up here after us. The Fusiliers, what is that? The Gray Horse, is that how they are getting here? And the dragons," said Steve.
"Steve, you are an idiot it is Dragoons, not dragons...dragoons. If they march it will take them a month or more, if they fly, could be here in a couple of hours, 4-5 maybe," said Roger Thomas, the leader of the group.
Steve replied, "thought they said dragons, sorry man. What should we do? That sounds like a lot of people. We don't have enough food to stay a month to wait for them, unless we go hunting. We do have our rifles. I have 5 rolls of toilet paper left. We cannot stay. What would they do to us?"
The answer from Roger, "they may shot first, ask questions later. Heck, they might not even come. The park rangers come here once a month in the summer usually... I think unless that has changed since last year when I was hunting up here. Get Mark, we gotta go. Let load up. That was funny making the announcement but I do not want to be here if the army shows up. It will not be pleasant. Load the truck."
Later, Steve said, Mark is out hunting, did you hear that shot. He said he was. He has the ATV."
"Let me make another announcement on the radio saying the Al-Kabab has been defeated in a fierce gun fight. No one from the Al-Kabab group is alive, which is true isn't it" said Roger.
Roger got on the radio set, then said, "This is to report that Ft. Conger has been retaken by loyalist to the Crown. Al-Kabab has been defeated, no survivors. Ft. Conger is back in Canadian hands."
Mark came back with a large buck on the rack after field dressing it. Load in the F-250 in the back cab, load ATV on trailer, spray the rifle and they start moving out.

The Local regiment in the province the Canadian Rangers arrive at the fort, they found to be deserted as if there was no traces of Al-Kabab activity in sight? ether the whole thing was a hoax meant to scare Canada, or was there really was a terror cell in Nunavut? None of less this is a serious matter, they contacted the army to patrol Nunavut's borders and the Navy to patrol the waters to cut off the Al-Kabab cells avenue of escape.

The Canadian Government is in a state of panic over how such a terror group manage to get into the country? and the Parliament wants answers and how this could be prevented from happening again? meanwhile CSIS is reviewing the documents recovered from the Terror cells found in Toronto, breathing a sigh of relief that this terror plot was foiled, the AL-Kabab Documents are then destroyed to prevent their use by the terrorists.

Just one Prototype of a CE-18 Growler EW aircraft, should be made flyable by Next month, it's EW equipment onboard the jet will be checked out to make sure every thing works, minus EW and ECM pods as Australia did not have any. (GMs not I may have to use one of my existing CF-18s as a Stand in for the Growler just minus the pods).

The Make up of the New RCAF is somewhat different then the Old Airforce, We use CF-18 Hornets in our main Fighter Squadrons,
Reserve Fighter Squadrons use ether CF-86s, CF-5s, or CF-51 Mustangs.
Bomber Squadrons use Avro Lancaster's, CB-47 Stratojets, and CF-14 Tomcats.
Recon Squadrons uses CP-140 Auroras, Short Sunderland's and PBY Cansos.
Transport Squadrons use CC-130 Hercules, Boeing 707s (some Converted to Mid air Tankers), CC-17 Globemasters.
