Karma-Naskis has recalled its Ambassador from Ottawa for consultations.
Its continued actions and lack of human rights (even possible war crimes) are so far removed from the old Canadian ideals that we all knew.

For this reason it will now only be referred to as NuKanuck so as not to confused with the hard fought for values of old Canada.

More NuKanucks arrive in Karma-Naskis everyday seeking refuge, protection and asylum.
In Victoria and the South of the Island there is a growing call for reunification with the North.

After a trial that lasted for 7 hours, the Federal Court judge finds, Lord Radcliffe , and Captain Rothschild, guilty of defrauding New Canadians out of money to fund a terror group, and for supporting the renegade Special operations forces the CSOR, they are sentenced to life in a maximum security prison in Ontario.

Meanwhile, the long derelict Special Operations Training Centre, and the abandoned JTS2 training facility has since been demolished as ordered by the Armed Forces, as it turns out from the trial the pair where secretly training people in those facilities into their reformed Canadian Special Ops Regiment and to help those surviving members of the Old CSOR in Syria, such Special Forces units of any kind are banned in New Canadian Armed Forces.

Day 1 Of the CSOR's Trial at the NCAF Tribunal in Ottawa.
The Trial Started with the Judicator asking the CSOR members what happened that brought them to Syria and under the employment of AL-Kabab? One of the CSOR said that they along with the rest of Spec Ops Command came to the middle east to seek refuge after the break up of the Old Canadian Government, The Spec Ops Command became mercenaries afterwards taking contracts from Drug Cartels, Rebel groups and finally AL-Kabab their main employer, they fought that Canada was lost forever, until recently when they heard of the formation of the New Canadian Government, they hoped that this New Government would bring back the Spec Ops Forces into the NCAF, but the new Administration had completely forgotten the importance of such a unit. With this in mind they stayed with AL-Kabab.

The Judicator after hearing of this told them that New Canada and the rest of the world does not tolerate people siding and working with Terrorists. then he asks the CSOR officer if theirs anything else to say?

The CSOR officers asks why is Special Forces illegal in the Country?

The Judicator, brings out the Law governing against Special Forces, describing that due to the unconventional nature of Spec Ops tactics and how they are used, they are considered a form of Terrorism, as such it is illegal to form and operate such forces in the country.

The Judicator will end this trial for the day, they will continue this tomorrow with the topic on how they came to know about Lord Radcliffe, and Captain Rothschild.

Day 2 of the CSOR trial
The Judicator Asked how the CSOR came to know Rothschild and Radcliffe?

The CSOR Officer said that the pair contacted them via an old CSOR radio code saying that they will provide funding to them in exchange for Spec Ops training as the two was rather appalled by the New Canadian Armed Forces incompetence and poor strategy during the Mauritania and Venezuela Campaigns, so they decided to risk breaking the ban on Special Forces imposed by the NCAF's administration, and secretly began recruiting people into the new Canadian Special Operations Forces Command at the old CSOR training field in CFB Petawawa, with funding provided by illegally tampering with the New Bank of Canada. The Pair wanted to prove to the Armed Forces Council that Spec Ops tactics can be a game changer in the New Canada Military if given the chance too. However the Pair where completely unaware of the fact that the old CSOR was working with AL-Kabab.

The Judicator after hearing of this, thinks for the moment but the ban was put in place for such a reason and such it should remain upheld, the judicator will decide on their fate tomorrow.

Just curious, what is unique to special ops that they are so disloyal apposed to other Canadian units. Are they more susceptible to bribary, selected from people with lower patriotism or just dicruntuled with the new government vs old.....the public are curious....I'm confused...

Its not so much disloyalty as New Canada has forgotten the knowledge on how to train and operate Special Ops forces of their own, the people you see on trial are all thats left of the former old Canadian Spec Ops Forces Command, which was lost following the collapse of the old Canada. plus the current New Canadian Military Culture kinda takes a rather negative view of Spec Ops from other country's, seeing them as untrustworthy, dishonorable, and even worse condemned as Terrorists because of the unconventional tactics they employ as opposed to the more honorable and conventional tactics used by the NCAF.

Ok what happened with the hospital in Mauritania, that was an accident, we where trying to target the Brown Trousers who where on the roof of said hospital firing ATGMs at us, we just did not have the manpower on hand to clear out a building due to us being caught in a crossfire with the Brown Trousers.

How could we have done better in that situation? We are not Terrorists, where just struggling with unfamiliar tactics and types of Warfare. we have a military that is founded upon a set of standards when it comes to how we conduct warfare, but its mostly for open field conflict, urban environments is something we struggle with most often, but we try to adept to it.

Several dozen dirt roads had ditch obstacles across the road to inhibit traffic from Eski to Canada. Days later, they were filled in where vehicle could get through if moving slowly, taking extra 15 seconds to get through prior to entering Canada.
Work crews have gone out to dig the ditch on the various dirt roads. Sometime they drive down a road 15-20 miles, create the obstacle, then drive back go to the next dirt road moving north.
About 18 trucks went on their distribution run to various clinics and hospitals. Police in a small town pulled a truck over, After having a discussion and providing a free sample an then a large box containing about 6 lbs, they were released. The price continues to drop in Canada.

This illegal distrubution of free Cannabis has negatively affected the country's health care system, as the majority of people are using this banned plant as alternative medicine, the NCSX reported a huge drop in stocks from various ph-armaceutical companies including the one that produced insulin. We got to stop these illegal shipments of Cannabis rom coming into the country or our health care system could collapse. A notification of the Cannabis prohibition act has been sent to the law firm that is an agent to the shipping company in Eski asking them to stop the shipping cannabis to New Canada.

Eski Finance Director
The stocks of ** CENSORED ** companies dropping is not a concern of Eski, that is the risk of investors... market risk, interest rate risk, industry segment risk, legal-government-tax risk, & company risk, etc.
To follow up on your comment, "We got to stop these illegal shipments of Cannabis rom coming into the country or our health care system could collapse. Please stop the illegal shipments of Cannabis. That is not illegal in Eski. One is permitted to own, transfer and consume cannabis. You are welcome to 'stop those illegal shipments'.

The law firm of Simpson & Cochran has received the notification. The premise is wrong, client is subject to Karmanaskis Laws. A subsidiary division is subject to the laws of Eski, where it is domiciled. But neither are domiciled in Canada nor operate in Canada, thus not subject to Canadian laws in any way. Guess Canada can send 10, 50, 100 or even a 1,000 more notifications.

Client is subject to Karmanaskis Law? That island nation did show respect to our Prohibition act and ensured that none will be sent to New Canada? Besides you cannot ship Cannabis to our country willy nilly, without the expressed permission from the New Canadian Government, the Minister of Trade, and Health Canada, but since we have no interest in the plant both for recreational use and Medical use, the answer is no, Cannabis is banned in the country. If you could divert all the Cannabis shipping away from New Canada, that will help stabilize our country's Health Care System, who relies on the Major Ph-armaceutical Company's to manufacture and distribute treatments to our clinics and hospitals.
