I can appreciate the amount of time and thought that goes into developing a detailed organization at this level. The ROD finds some of this a little disturbing, but like Mick said, it is your imagi-nation to create and develop as you see fit.

the ROD Army is currently undergoing a realignment of resources as part of the AE2020 initiative, so if you want to bounce anything off of me let me know.

Training part 4

Artillery Regiments

Recruits sent to the Artillery Regiments are given a 2 month long course on the basic operation and maintenance of the Artillery weapons from the mobile units like M109, ADATS, and the recent addition to the army the M142 HIMARS, to the more towed guns like the M777, 81mm mortar, and the M101 Howitzer, afterwards they move on to live fire exercises to where the gun crews are trained on the loading sequence of the weapons and too fire and reload them as fast as possible, some are trained into the Artillery spotters in case other regiments cannot spot for them, aside from firing targets on the ground the Artillery Regiments can engage aginest low flying aircraft with ADATS, and towed twin 40mm AA Cannons.

NCOs
The NCOs job is kinda the same but their task is to ensure that the enlisted gun crews can continue firing pending on the request of the superior officer, they often carry a steel baton on them to make the crews work faster.

Commissioned Officers
These Commissioned Officers are tasked purely to coordinate the Howister fire, maintain stocks of Ammo, and providing AA Protection to the field HQ. the officers do not see frontline combat at all given the role in a Artillery Regiment, however they can get a little...trigger happy when they command the Howitzers to fire on the target, leading to said target being over saturated to the point that its completely obliterated.

The Regiments main drawback is they have little to no means of defending themselves from attack, as such they rely on ether the infantry or armored regiments to defend them.

Next I'll cover the RCN side of the NCAF, with their crew and officer training.

RCN Training

Crew Training
Those People who signed up for the RCN, are taken to the training facilities HMCS Tecumseh in Calgary Alberta, and HMCS Unicorn in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Their 8 Week training is conducted "Onboard" life sized wooden mockups of various classes of RCN Warships, from Replenishment Oilers to the JFK Class carrier HMCS Canada, this has give the nickname "New Canada's Wooden inland Fleet." In this program they learn how to operate the various ship systems, all while being constantly yelled and harshly disciplined by their instructors. after the Sailors have graduated they are given postings onboard actual RCN Warships.

Midshipman
Midshipman is the RCNs equivalent to a Petty Officer rank, they are given the task of ensuring that the enlisted sailors are kept in line and keeping the ship in constant readiness, They often work with the Master at Arms, and ship security to qwell any mutinies or other such insubordination, they often carrying around a Flogging Whip to use on the insubordinate sailors.

Naval Officers training
Naval Officers are trained at the Officers Academy in Ottawa for a 8 month period studying on basic Naval Tactics and Ship to Ship Combat using GHQ's micronauts models, after graduation they are given the rank of lieutenant and commands a Gun Crew on a RCN warship, upon reaching the Commanders rank, he gets to command a replenishment oilier or a Corvette, the Rank of Captain has command on ether a Frigate or a Destoryer, the Commodore's Rank gets to Command Cruisers and escort carriers, the Largest warships are reserved by the Admirals, but most of the time these Admirals are busy maintaining the Naval bases in Esquimult and Halifax, and they make up the RCN section of the Armed Forces council. These Officers are known for their eagerness to fight in a large naval battle and become the Next Lord Nelson, as a result the Admirals often send Large numbers of Warships to an operation expecting to fight a large fleet of enemy ships.

The RCN are the only Navy in the world that can deliberately perform Ramming Attacks as their prows are Heavily reinforced to allow them to survive impact and slicing through the hulls of enemy vessels.

RCAF Training (This training Covers the RCN Naval aircraft.)

Recruits who signed up to be Pilots are transferred to the CFB bases where the RCAF are located for a 8 Month course on how to pilot aircraft that the RCN and RCAF used, there training is primarily conducted in a flight simulator at the base in order to give the trainees the skills on how to perform basic flight maneuvers during that time afterwards they go through a centrifuge, so they can experience high G-forces and learn to get used it when they fly the real thing. after 4 months of basic is over they move on to the advanced part of the training to where they sent up in a BAE Hawk jet trainer with a flight instructor so they can experience being in a real aircraft in flight performing basic maneuvers just like in the simulator, then after a while they move up to the real military aircraft as part of their final flight exam if passed they earn their wings and become pilots, training of the aircraft's weapon systems is conducted solely in a simulator as it due to a series of noise complaints that where filed by the Community's near the bases. This kind of training is far more relaxed then its Army and Navy counterparts, as the pilots has to be more calm when piloting very expensive aircraft. though as a result they can be rather reckless with their aircraft.

NCO training
The Task of the Air Marshal (a former Commissioned officers rank of the RCAF but it has since been reused to replace the Warrant Officers rank) is to ensure that all aircraft remain in formation during an operation only to break if they come under attack by an enemy aircraft.

Officers training
Is the with same as the Army and Navy its the same thing, though their training is more focused on air combat and tactics (and yes they do use GHQ models of course,) these Officers though are a little... uptight as they don't want to lose these expensive aircraft both in combat and in training accidents as money to replace them comes out of their pockets.

Helicopter training
this training is a little different as it requires the pilots to keep it stable while in flight as well as land and take off vertically. most of the Helicopters used are mainly transports, though gunships do exist in the form of Huey gunships and Kiowa Warriors for the RCAF, and Sea Apaches for the RCN.

WFOXY News with Ronda,
"The Canadian military is providing all these PR pieces, publicity information about the new and improved military, the evolution of improvement in operations, training, manpower is all CRAP!! The Canadian economy is in shambles, Prime Minister Tubman announced the economy grew by 1.8%, GDP. Yet inflation was at 5.4%, so in real terms the economy contracted, Anemic results. Tightened money supply, raise short-term rates to keep inflation in check, but it hurts growth. Government had to increase borrowing, delay payments to the pensions with adequate funding for government workers."
. "Another failed policy besides the economy and military improvement programs is the Medical Marijuana. Major hospital have been getting supplied on the down low. The Federal Government does not really have a clue as to what the medical community needs, but what it is doing."
. "Another failure is the strategy employed in the military, not working with other national military organizations around the world on the battlefield. Canada might go with another nation or several nations, but coordinating operations, planning, and goals are not aligned. There is a lack of several capabilities such as Special Forces, sufficient operational and tactical logistics planning while there is not Line of Communication for the Supply Line. The highly expensive air supply in Syria for Aleppo vs. setting up a ground supply line either in the area controlled by an ally or by Canada.
This is Rhonda standing in for Shelia at WFOXY News.

The New Canadian Government has setup some guideline pertaining to the use of Cannabis in the country as listed by Health Canada.

1. Cannabis consumers must be 18 years or over.
2. All Cannabis users must have a Health Canada approved license to use Cannabis in the country.
3. You are not allowed to grow your own Cannabis plants at home, as Cannabis production in the country will be handled by Health Canada approved sites (once built.)
4. Medical Cannabis usage, requires another Health Canada license to use in the country, though it will have to be imported from Karmanaskis once a deal is made.
5. Cannabis will be distributed by Health Canada owned and managed locations across New Canada.
6. Service members in both the Armed Forces and other government agency's are not allowed to use Cannabis.
7. The Use of Cannabis is prohibited in every public space, in order to best minimize the Heath problems pretaining to this plant.

The New Canadian government also loosened the supply of money, and lowered short term rates for better economic growth.

In a statement made by the NCAF regarding The lack of Special Forces. "The New Canadian Armed Forces has virtually no interest in developing a Special Forces Unit, citing that we don't have the sufficient equipment, resources, nor means of training people for such units, I'm sorry it's just not feasible in our military."

Alternate Medical Ltd is applying to the New Canada government.
1. To be the provider of Cannabis for the medical program. It is a completely new company formed in New Canada, domiciled in Canada.
2. To be the distributor of Cannabis for the program so the New Canadian Government does not need to open the locations, handles staffing and Human Resources, employment and payroll issues, manage distribution, marketing: packaging, product, promotion & pricing issues.
3. We will place the corporate HQ in the city or area that is preferred by the New Canadian Government, the current thoughts are Ottawa or Vancouver.
New Canada Cannabis Distribution Ltd. looks forward to working with the Dept of Health of New Canada.

The New Canadian Armed Forces Council has scheduled a Meeting in Ottawa to go through a much more detailed topic on Special Forces for tomorrow, though its rather doubtful on the feasibility on such units to be used by the military.

Alternate Medical Ltd has provided extensive proposal to the New Canadian Government for the import, distribution and control of any Alternate medical remedies. Taxes and fees will be paid to the government by this new company as with any company
One tremendous benefit is that the illegal importation of alternate medicine should end or at least be greatly reduced. None of the Cannabis will be grown in Canada that is used for medicinal purposes. So only recreation growers will be growing in Canada.
Dozens of Oncologists are meeting with leaders in the government in Ottawa to discuss the opportunity of Alternate Medical Ltd.

Again, All Cannabis production and distribution will have to be run in house by Health Canada as a means of heavily regulating the supply and flow of the plant within the country, its the only way this will work. thus ending the illegal shipments of the plant to the country by outside parties, Health Canada will send people to Karmanaskis to get a Medical Cannabis deal setup. we are not accepting any applications from Cannabis distribution company's that operate outside New Canada.

NCAF HQ Ottawa.

The Members of the Armed Forces Council has called this meeting to order to discuss the topic of Special Forces.

Item 1: Organization and training
How are Special Operations units organized? and what kind of training program would be used for such type of unit? and How are they deployed?

The rest of the Armed Forces Council, has no clue how Spec Ops is organized and operated, as info on such Spec Ops units from other countries is highly classified. The council members has never heard of this rather new concept of warfare. theres got to be a way to find out how it works?
