For me I just need the 98 Jeep Grande Cherokees and Ford Crown Victoria's for the CBSA. And the RCMP.

I would also like to see a civilian Snowmobile Pack, featuring stuff from the Cold War up to Ultra modern maybe in a pack of 28 at least. Maybe include some of the heavier snow machines like the Tucker Snow Cats, the Bombardier B7s and the Ski-doo Elites.

I'm not sure that we would ever get enough ordinary civilian cars to make a realistic variety, especially with only 2 vehicle types in a pack. Additionally, some cars are very region-specific - I'm not sure you'd see a Ford Crown Victoria on many real-world battlefields but I get that you might want them to fill a T&OE slot.

Realistically, we are talking Mercedes as a 'VIP target' vehicle worldwide and some form of escort vehicle - you could use existing Landrovers etc or pick a specific like a Chevvy Blazer (which would probably be US-specific and need to be paired with a Cadillac limo) or the Jeep Grand Cherokee would work too.

Do we want to split this one into a VIP Pack with a limo and escort vehicle and a civilian vehicle pack with the Ford and 1 other (maybe the Jeep if something else is picked for the VIP escort vehicle)?

More likely the VIP escort would probably used something like a Ford explorer, or a GMC Sierra 4 door.

The Jeep Grande Cherokee and the Ford Crown Victoria can be used for border patrol or police units.

A pack with US M1008/1009 CUCVs would be useful to provide not only the interim replacement for the M151 jeeps but also provide pickups and Blazers for civilian use. Lots of units had them in Desert Storm prior to HUMMVs arriving in theater.
Tactics are the opinion of the senior officer present.

And we had CUCVs in combat and service support units in the70s. - MPs, maintenance, and transportation units, for example.

OK, so in summary.

madman is the only one who voted for the civilian vehicles under Cold War/Vietnam so his preference for 'Mostly small European cars with maybe a large Mercedes for "the Leader" and small delivery trucks' stands although assuming 2 vehicles a large Mercedes (E-Class?) and a small Peugeot (209?) might be a good balance.

Redleg, Quartette and madman voted for Cars/SUVs under Ultramodern and a GMC Suburban and a Ford Crown Victoria seems to be about a fair balance of the opinions unless anyone is changing their votes or wants to be specific and split the vote into different packs?

Cav Dog - you have plenty of votes left if you want to add the M1008/1009 CUCV as a formal vote.

I vote for two vehicles, a 1998 Jeep Grande Charooke, and a limousine.

Which of your existing votes did you wish to give up - Modern cars/SUVs wasn't one of the ones you voted for.
