Parliament Hill Ontario.
The New Canadian House of Commons is in a meeting over the situation with Karmanaskis.

(Speaker of the House): "Honorable Minister of Health."

(Minister of Health): "Mr Speaker, This situation with Karmanaskis, is the perfect reason why Cannabis should have been banned in the first place, as the smoke and fumes of the plant, has affected the judgement of those within the Karmanaskis Government, if they quit this practice liberally maybe they could think clearly to end this unnecessary tensions much sooner, Cannabis has become an even more dangerous drug then beneficial to human health."

(Here, Here, Clapping)

(Speaker of the House): "Honorable Minister of Foreign Relations"

(Minister of Foreign Relations): "Mr Speaker, the Karma Government has still not replied to our messages to meet our diplomat onboard the ROD ship, whats taking them so long to respond?"

(Random NC Party Member 1): "They are sure giving out alot of Bad Karma like there hippies during a Woodstock event, eh?"

(Laughing)

(Random NC Party Member 2): " Maybe they are far out of their minds eh?"

(Laughter, Clapping)

(Speaker of the House) :"Can we Have order in the House please, Thank you. Honorable Minister of Foreign Relations."

(Minister of Foreign Relations): "As I was saying, if something positive does not happen soon, this could cause major problems, but will just have to wait to find out."

(Random NC Party Member 2): "What are they trying to pull?"

(Speaker of the House): "SILENCE IN THE HOUSE PLEASE!!!, (slams the gavel really hard on the table.)"

In a Statement made by the NCAF That reads. In the essence of preventing any future problems with the other nations, our military will no longer take part in any more campaigns Against AL-Kabab citing potential for accidentally causing collateral damage to civilian areas when fighting against these militants with conventional warfare. It will be up to the other nations such as the ROD to fight these militants and their unknown style of warfare. We will stick to only fighting more conventional forces who don’t rely on unconventional and maneuver warfare to win. We deeply apologize for the damages that our military has done In Venezuela, Mauritania, and Syria.

It appears New Canada is determined to bring back static, trench warfare having forsaken maneuver war.

Its for the best im sure, as Karmanaskis has acted up as of late since our military campaign in Aleppo. Still Special Forces will still be added in the NCAF but its a pretty niche role in the Armed Forces so they may not get much use.

Again under Section 70 of the Criminal Code, prohibits the formation of these militia groups, these groups are to be immediately disbanded or risk arrests, if you want to defend this country join the New Canadian army instead.

Given the performance of the New Canadian army, joining it is probably the LAST thing that interests them.

No, they will most likely be used to take and hold objectives behind enemy lines till the main force shows up, offensive operations will largely be limited to just providing fire support against enemy snipers, due to their small numbers.

Training for the New Canadian Special Forces Units will last for a year the same as those found in other nations special forces, the NCAF want to have them to be as competent as those units.

Rangers, SEALS, and SAS, are force multipliers, asymmetrical warfare artists.
SAS of the SOE was designed to do what it did, which is not what you want to be allowed.

Yea that seems rather true, that those guys do perform the type of warfare that the UIN will effectively banned, may have to reevaluate this idea.

The UIN will not ban a particular style of fighting just because you can't grasp the concepts behind it.
