The 20 people arrested from the 4 Corners General Store were discussing politics, the economy. None had any weapons, none were training or holding military drills, being trained in the use of firearms including firearm safety, nor practicing military exercises.
But all are arrested. without due process. They all have rights for Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Assembly. These are Human Rights. The RCMP and the military violated the Human Rights of Canadian Citizens.

After a trial that took about a day, the court finds the 20 person group not guilty under article 70 of the Criminal code, due to lack of evidence of any military like training going on with the group, and are released from custody under the condition that they will Obey the rules pertaining to that article.

A civilian freighter was stolen at a Halifax port by one of the many self-formed extremist Militia groups that popped up in the country, their destination based on the direction, is Libya, the militia group are considered armed and dangerous, and must be stopped. a RCN Light Crusier has plotted an intercept course to stop the freighter from leaving New Canadian Waters.

Why stop them? To be sure to get the freighter back. Otherwise let them go to Libya.
Could it by Moroccodom, Italy, Algeria, Portugal? Israel, India, Socotra, etc.

The freighter has fled into international waters, the light cruiser has been ordered back to base, no one knows for sure how many of these militia group members are onboard the ship, but this can cause problems for both the ROD and the Eurasian empire in Libya.

I’m not sure what these guys are trying to accomplish in heading to Libya. The Eurasian Empire is there is significant strength and, at the moment, they have the Government of National Accord under their thumb. Your militiamen are likely to be arrested or their ship sunk if they attempt to enter the country. The ROD does not have a presence in Libya.

Traveling at 20 knots it will take your ship about 7 days to reach Tripoli.

Please remember that I am playing the Eurasian Empire and the PAC and we aren’t playing by creative writing. We can resolve the roleplay / wargame with different tools if/when this ship arrives in Libya.

These Militia men are in it for themselves, so they will attack anyone who crosses them, including the NCAF. they will be under the same wargaming rules your working on.

So basically, the militiamen are stupid? They're in if for themselves, but they're sailing toward a heavily armed hostile force with high tech weaponry that outnumbers them 100 or 1,000 to 1?

I was going to ask what was on the stolen freighter since every navy in the world will be watching for these guys and the cargo will be listed on bills of lading and manifests. I suppose it doesn't really matter since this ship will sink if it continues.

In a major effort to help combat against the formation and organization of these so called " Self styled Militia Groups" the NC Government has asked the countries internet service providers to block access to websites containing articles relating to Irregular Warfare, Small Squad Tactics, Sun Tzu's Art of War, Special Forces, Terror Groups, and too shut down the Milita Groups own recruiting websites. Gun stores across the country are asked to block sales of any firearms and ammo to people who are members of these Milita groups.

They also asked the public to report any suspected Milita hideouts and their activities to the RCMP and Crime Stoppers.

Not sure that the countries will respond as you wish, nor will the country’s ISPs.
As for freedom of speech, I am sure that some societies allow freedom of speech so they will not ban or limit any of those articles.
Militia Groups, militia group’s and militia groups’ ..... websites will not be shut down.
The gun shop owners, managers and employees are probably gun right supporters.

This is hardly Freedom of Speech, if these Militia groups pose a threat to the NCAF and the government, we cannot, will not, allow a bunch of armed rabble, to interfere with the operations of our countries military. thats why we will censor those articles and websites in order to inhibit the Militia's ability to organize and fight.

The NCAF is the sole Authority on the matters of defense of this country, if these people want to defend the country, they should disband their groups and go to the nearest NCAF recruiting posts like everyone else, besides we need reinforcements to send to Egypt in taking back the Suez Can-al as it looks the ROD forces are pouched aginest the Imperials.
