Monacodom Sec. of State makes public announcement....â€￾the NC military is to stay in Yer Bouti or return to New Canada. You are not to head to Sierra Leone or Liberia. The Commonwealth is working to stabilize these two societies. We are flying in supplies to help. They each have a small military to provide any assistance.
As we speak the CoC has a dozen planes flying into Sierra Leone and 10 C-130 into Liberia to help.â€￾
“So you can see that anything that NCmight do would just interfere with the relief effort of the Commonwealth Sierra Leone and Liberia.â€￾

Major General Franki was reassigned to Army Operational Command on Monaco, Monacodom. His assistant, Brigadier General Mulah is taking command.
He orders all CoC military to not enter any other area of Yer Bouti. We need the help of NC in Skegness and Minhead. YB in their situation can deal with YBC, and the other two territories of YB. We are to remain in Butlins. If the NC forces need any logistical assistance, we will assist.

Oh crud. We asked you to stay out of Sierra Leone and Liberia.
Do you leave any soldiers in YB, Minehead and Skegness, as you we’re supposed to??
Are you now abandoning YB! Abandoning those people, too?

Sierra Leone
Freetown, Sierra Leone
The CoC Attache and the Ambassadors of Nigeriadom, Burkina Faso-Dom, Guinea-dom, Ghana-dom, is meeting with the Foriegn Minister of SL. Discussing membership in the Commonwealth. The hard press is on since SL Foreign Minister. At times the Prime Minister has participated even though both have rejected the validity of the discussion points. Behavior and interaction has become emotional & difficult at times.. Economics is the major advantage, possibly a boast in defense. The concern is that SL would loose it soverignity to the CoC. Besides, it is surrounded by a dozen of member nations of the CoC except for Liberia, which CoC is working to get to join, too. Security detail has been called into the large conference room as emotions have run high at times. The Foreign Minister said, "I will run this meeting, we will have order. Anyone that cannot follow the decorum may be excused from discussion and further participation.
The CoC also asks who else will help SL, economically, trade, military. FM responds that if the CoC does not attack or allow its member nations to attack, we will be fine, we will be safe. If CoC wants viable trade, then allow it, we can discuss points of trade to come to agreement. Besides we need another port such as Freetown and develop a road and rail system for transport of goods. That will provide employment for your people, which we hope will also be people of the Commonwealth.
.
SL border with Guinea
Along the border shortly after the meeting began, drones flew across the border into SL. Followed by scouts on horseback and then V-100, V-150, Ratel heading southerly direction towards Freetown. As SL has about 13,000 military and para-military in total with only armored cars and APCs, It is hoped that heavy armor is not needed on this operation.
.
As discussions in Freetown with the diplomats is coming to an end after 2 1/2 hours, the Togo-dom Ambassador asked, where are the French, the British, the Cubans, or Russians, even Canada? Is there no one that will aid you?

Filey, YB
It is still calm there the YB guards must be doing their job. Oh, Al Kabab is not around, since there are 400 soldiers specifically around Filey.
.
New development with Eurasia Empire, or the Evil Empire. A call to Ethiopia-dom, Democratic Republic of Congo-dom and Nigeria-dom. 100,000 soldiers total coming to Minehead by rail, truck, and aircraft. 30,000 from Ethiopia-dom, 30k from Congo-dom and 40,000 from Nigeria-dom. A few other 'Doms' a bit closer are sending smaller number of soldier to the Mali and YB border.
.
A dilemma has presented itself: contend with YB and any potential issues with EE, which may just be noise, or Seirra Leone & Liberia not wanting to become members of the Commonwealth. Some of the reinforcements will head south a bit to Ghana.
.
The two SSGN has been resupplied with Harpoons, one is departing heading north in the GIUK belt. A DDH and Ark Royal with escorts is being moved closer to the African coast from central Atlantic.

From YBC Airport, four An-12 took flight on a heading of 58 degrees. As soon as these planes entered Mauritania-dom airspace they were informed of the error, then the violation. Asked, to turn around, then instructed ... finally warned to turn ... 4 F-4 Phantoms showed up, on the wings, using hand signals to follow to land. Continued on their route, warned over radio. A F-4 slowed to get behind an An-12, targeting radar locked. The 3 remaining F-4 moved away to the side. The lead An-12 was locked in. Commands, report on some steps including some added to the sequence. There was not any deviation on any An-12. F-4 wing commander asked ground control for permission to fire. It was granted. AIM-9 X exploded near the starboard wing with fragments entering the wing and fuselage. Structural integrity issues, some burning of hydraulic liquid. A few moments later, 6 parachutes opened, then 2 more, then final 2 chutes as the plane took a roll earthbound.
. The 3 F-4 Phantoms closed in adjacent to the 3 remaining An-12, signaling down, to follow. Waved wings, then followed to air base in Mauritania-dom. Landed inspected, crews were detained. Call to the EE was made by Foreign Minister of Mauritania-dom. Helicopters to rescue the EE people were sent along with inspection team.
.
30 minutes after the first An-12 took off, 2 more headed north into West Sahara. Ground military radar in West Sahara detected as the planes were 50 feet above ground as their landing gear was being recovered. Ground control from Casablanca informed them to turn around ASAP. A few minutes later, these two were informed of the shoot down in Mauritania-dom. They were trying to make the Algerian border. French produced F-1 fighters intercepted the pair. A few minutes later, at a quicker cadence instructions repeated, warnings issued. 2 Matra R550 short range missile was fired at an An-12. Counter measure flares were deployed. An explosion to the stern did very light damage of no consequence, the other also exploded sending fragments into the cargo bay.killing two men wounding 3. Another wave to land was acknowledged, 2 An-12 landing at Casablanca AF Base.
Moroccodom Minister called the Ambassador to the EE for consultation. There would not be any illegal flights across airspace of Moroccodom. At that point, the CoC Envoy arrived at the meeting supporting the message, expanding it to the entire Commonwealth. He acknowledged the message. The EE Ambassador asked when the crews would be returned.
The response: 1. When EE acknowledged and accepted the sovereignty of the member nations of the CoC, 2. Acknowledge the violation of these flights, 3. Manifest of each and every flight into YBC that flew over, through airspace of any nation of the Commonwealth, 4. Full restitution, 852,000 $commonwealth.
