Ordering

Post by panzergator »

For those of you wondering how things are at GHQ, I placed an order yesterday and it was mailed today. Pretty fast turnaround, I think.

I asked about the new list, of course. It has been delayed by local circumstances and that is all that was said, so, who knows?

ordering and website

Post by pibber »

Hello all !
Thank you for this information.
I'm happy to read that some of you can order by phone. For me who is in France, it's very hard to wait for the reopening of the website ... I usually order once a month but it's been 4 months already without being able to order because of covid19, problems of mail, the problems of the Minneapolis riots and problem of the old site that crashes before the new is operational, it's a long time to wait. I hope that we will be able to have the list of future new products for the 2020-2021 season, this will make me wait while waiting for the new site to be set up ...
Anyway, I'm still reassured that the activity of GHQ will continue, but it's long to wait until everything is back in normal situation !!!!

Try using the "Contact GHQ" selection at the bottom of the page. If they already have your credit card from past numbers, perhaps you can list what you want and charge your card. Or you could just ask for an alternate method of they have one through that email form.

Same issue as Pibber, and coming to Australia, so much stuff seems to be just disappearing in the mail recently!

I had an order from GHQ a while back, just before the site crash - and it only made it here a few days ago! The amazing part is that AUS post is looking to CUT BACK the numbers of staff... because somehow that will make things more efficient...

Yeah, in the same way that the manager's pay check will get bigger as well, but hey.

Wish I had a solution for you guys. I know shipping even within the US can take longer because so many more orders are being placed on line. Stuff coming in from overseas is taking two months.
