Pete, that's good info there, thanks. Any ideas how many come to a sprue?
David, I totally agree. Somehow it makes sense to sell the weight of lead required, but then that would have to depend on how the mould is made I suppose and what is spun out of it. But I do feel gun and limber packs should be seperate or at least an option, especially when you consider the large percentage of Wehrmacht transport was horse led.
Tom, thanks, I see these deals coming up every now and then, but my main concern is that I'm not really sure on what generation I'm getting, plus with shipping, it makes the choice even harder when I have to make up weight wih stuff I don't need. Besides, I'd rather support GHQ direct. An e-bay sale received never lives up to the expectation of the bidding.
Cheers

Paint brush and waaaay too much time. It actually looks awful in the pic because it's bigger than the model - you can actually see how thick the paint is. I've changed my style for monotone;

Black undercoat, drybrush green (or whatever), black tracks, dry brush dirt then add details. Much less time and much less paint with a similar effect. Haven't worked out how to make it work for camouflage schemes though.

Hello Everyone
Here are a 3 more pictures of my stuff taken in 2001. These are some more of the really good ones that my friend Dale took.

The first picture are KV-1S's, the second are some T-60's, and the 3rd is another shot of PZ IIIJ's. I will post some pictures of some of my Mein Panzer games here in the future. I run these at Imperial Outpost Games here in the Phoenix area from time to time.
Have a great day!

Thanks very much for the compliments. Yes, I will let Dale know if he hasn't already read this post. Give credit where credit is due. These were all done on my terrain maker which I sent you some other pictures a while back. I really enjoy the terrain modeling aspect of this hobby as well and try to have terrain that makes a good setting for the great GHQ models.
Ben - Thank you also for your kind words as well. I may try to post some of my game pictures in the near future. I hope everything is going well with you in Germany.
Have a great day!

Figure conversions
Hello all.
Just a few figure conversions Ive been working on lately.
Russian GHQ team

Russian red banner carrier-Russian SMG runner with arms repositioned, flag made from thick aluminum on a brass pole.
Radio operator Russian SMG grenade thrower. Arms repositioned, pewter radio with nylon paint bristle antenna.
German GHQ Team.

Russian Leader painted to look like German Officer.
German Leader arms repositioned - ""Hey Im the only one thats gonna point!"
Radio OP - German runner with radio added.
Russian HMG

Mortar crew make GREAT assistants. Get out yer nail clippers and separate them. The mortar gets cut off and the loaders arm bent down a bit to cradle the ammo belt. The other fellow...well...hes pluggin his ears. Works for me, Im sure the HMG is pretty loud!
Im get a pic after they are painted.
Lately I have been re-basing my Infantry. More men to a stand and covering the miniatures stand in putty. Looks better than simply gluing them on but its a bit more work. I have repainted them to look like early war with the stone grey trousers and hope to do up some Italians as early war Russians. Below are a few examples.
