Upheaval in Panama with rebels and insurgents from Columbia. The Panama Defense forces have suffered significant causalities in the bedroom communities around two military bases. Panama City has received mortar and rockets causing causalities. Damage to several government buildings including a police station.

Oh, we have had bases, troops, there for years. We train Rangers at a couple of our bases in Panama. The CoC is there to protect the Panama waterway. This is what we are prepared to release for our commitment to the area. Forts Randolph and Sherman on the Atlantic side,Ft. Gulick, in center zone. On the Pacific side there are forts Amador and Grant. All are former US bases.
This equipment and material were captured from the rebels. After tracing the vehicles in ChrisCam, there were used in conflict in Venezuela and in Western Africa against Gen. Fatusa and other forces in West Sahara known as YerBouti, led by Shiek YerBouti II.
