Awesome news on the T72 bridgelayer. Its good to see you guys fleshing out some of the existing ranges and filling the gaps.

Cheers

Since a long weekend is coming up, hopefully we will get 4 announcements today:

WWII or W47 armor
Aircraft of some sort
WWII or Modern Micronaut
And a modern US armor piece

I can always hope!

Not excited about this one, but with 10,000 built it looks like it should be a popular release.

I'll be buying a flight of them... great for escorting a squadron of Pe-2's.

Happy for those who play with aircraft fighters or those who collect them ...
But, again like 33YearGHQ has said, I'm not excited about this one : Not really essential for my WWII ground battles...

Seriously? Cama, really? You had not heard of Lavotchkin's leading design before?

Of course you didn't actually need to go to Google ... you could have gone to our own Scratch-Build thread: http://www.ghqmodels.com/forum/viewtopi ... c&start=15

Now just about every one of the planes I scratch-built years ago has been turned into a beautiful model.

This is all sounding really great :D

A GHQ Churchill Croc - I gotta me some a doze...

And T-72 - that'll help.

And an La-5 - very useful, and a nice plane too.

Nice stuff GHQ. Keep 'em coming. 8)

I'm not doing Microarmor right now (concentrating on Micronauts for the time being), but I certainly have opinions about GHQ's releases in 1/285 scale. I think the La-5 is an excellent choice. It was an excellent aircraft, built in significant numbers, and participated in combat. There aren't many more Soviet aircraft of WWII appropriate for Microarmor scale left to model (by my opinion, Polikarpov Po-2, Tupolev SB, and Tupolev Tu-2).

My only reservation is that I would like to see GHQ start producing aircraft for France, Japanese army, and Poland.

Wow, you really did a great job of that!

Seriously though, I am not that big on Eastern Front, so didn't know about the La-5 - hard to believe, I know

Not only did I have to Google the La-5, I had to Google the Pe-2 as well. Then kicked myself as soon as I recognized it. I am HUGE into WWII Eastern Front........Ground......I still can't always tell an He-111 from a Ju-88 or a Yak from a Lagg. Dude, with WWII and Modern MicroArmour, Micronauts thru the Ages (ancients, Napoleonics, Ironclads, Great War, WWII and Modern), ACW., Ancients and Napoleonics land war I do good to tell a Tiger I and Tiger II apart at any given time. Don't even get me started on T-64/72/80/90 etc.

OK, it's time for another top secret leak. With no further drama, the next leaked release is... the LCS Independence.

This may give us a good read on how many people are excited about Modern naval.

Thanks for looking,
GHQ
